paint. it's supposed to be the most environment friendly paint. use it for
most of your interior painting. aura is low voc. it doesn't mean it's
cheaper. it's just because for high humidity places like bathrooms, you need
some additive, which just cannot be no voc (maybe in the future it'll
change). i have no idea about what bent is. |

，感觉到calf下半部肌肉被拉到。可右腿在感到肌肉拉紧之前，脚腕已经疼痛要折断似
的，这是什么问题？
平时跑步时左腿就更为轻松，舒展有弹性，跑多了不累；右腿则要花力气去蹬才往前走
。金鸡独立也是左腿站得更久，右腿一会就hold不住了。大运动量抽筋也都是右腿。

题不大，他把那个wheel放在后面了。周末开了100麦吧，暂时没有感觉到有什么异样。
这个DWS确实比我以前的旧轮胎好多了。
不过我觉得貌似不是长久之计吧，只怕早晚要换掉。大家说说去那里买比较划算呢？另
外，rim和wheel是一个整体吧，要换就是得换整个wheel？
我的原厂wheel尺寸是17 x 6.5"，不知道搞一套的话得多少。谢谢！ |

之前一直对刷子很陌生，不知道那么多的刷子每个样子的都能拿来做些什么不同的事情
，这次迈出了一步买了一些回来。觉得真是刷子用对了化妆会容易许多，也会快许多啊！
一个一个说，bent eye liner brush，很细，内外画眼角都很轻易的做得很漂亮，那个
bent设计的很好，画眼线一般需要离镜子很近，有个bent，刷子不用直冲冲的，刷头有
个bent，可以很容易的从眼睛上面把刷子伸过去刷，也不用碰到睫毛。
concealer airbrush。有些concealer其实还是挺绸的，而且颜色还是跟foundation会
有一些确别，上了concealer以后用手指抹匀，都会把product给抹掉一些，结果都没起
到conceal的作用。用这个airbrush，circular motion的在concealer上画圈，不会象
手指一样把product抹下来那么多，而且还可以跟周围调和得很匀，我很喜欢，之后还

挡，上来就踏旗。这就迫使对手要冒更大的险去争取踏旗，而不能只要飞狗，也不敢轻

发货之前测试过的，绝过没问题。
所有的CPU PIN完好，一点问题没有。一个bent的也没有。
寄走的时候有CPU cover的。
结果buyer 收到后说不Work，要退货。
我说不可能 ，你再查查。
这厮再查，还是说不Work,要退货
我只得接受 退货。
收到后一看，KAO! CPU PIN被bent了20来根！好几处，
就好象被什么东西砸过一样。显然是buyer安装时不小心抓到了或碰到了怎么样之类的。
反正这绝对buyer的过错。
当然了，我也没法证明是不是？
但不管怎样，我拍了个照片，告诉buyer, 你把CPU PINs bent了这么多。
我要dispute.
然后我 call ebay, talk to their dispute department, explain the whole story.
ebay 答应调查。
过了一天，ebay通知我结论：
说给buyer退款，但是钱ebay出。我收到的钱我自己留着。case closed.
ebay 同时还承诺：如果buyer给我留feedback, 也会被 系统 remove.

第一，我觉得用high/bent elbow stroke游，我明显感到速度在提高，尤其是在水下的
时候，明显有个gliding的过程。时间上看，我这几天只游了几个200y的drill, 每一个
不到5分钟，这比我以前快。
再有，说到频率的问题，我数了一下，25y 的pool, 我的stroke count 是14，15，以
前要在17以上。我说的high cadence, 我估计可能是我的心理作用，觉得自己比以前块
，而且用high elbow的时候，我的打水还是one kick per one stroke, 可能是滑水 给
力，所以游的快了些。根据stroke per lane （SPL）的算法 （http://www.totalimmersion.net/blog/Whats-the-right-Stroke-Count-.html）
我的 High Efficiency SPL 在13左右，所以应该降低stroke count 一些。

enterprise租了一辆Kia让我开回来，开起来轻飘飘的，像开飞机似的，心里很不爽，
不知道在Boston附近大家有没有好的BMW service店可以推荐，至少有loaner car开。
还有，前阵子去检查车子，没查出什么问题，结果他们就说我的四个wheel都bent了，
需要换四个新的，$3000多，不知道他们是不是想骗钱，我的车才25000mile，即使
wheel有被bent，也不可能4个同时都bent掉啊。

那如果我感觉车子低速有震动，就像是轮子不圆的感觉，是不是suspension哪里有问题
了？倒反速度上去了，就不明显。当然30-50左右steering有抖动（这个可能是thrust
arm bushing的问题，这个不管）。
1）车胎是新的
2）road force balance过了
3）由于是原装rim，估计没有wheel hub central ring的问题（当然我还没有拆开看看
，但是我估计应该是74.1mm的）

先去做alignment，应该可以告诉你是不是有suspension parts需要换，
很有可能inner outer tie rod，lower control arm和wheel都bent了，
frame bent的可能性不是没有，但是frame mount会吸收一些冲击力，所以估计也要换。
find another good shop and NEVER go to firestone, they are a bunch of
shitheads.
