morning with disappointing fourth quarter earnings. Citigroup reported EPS
of $0.04, much lower than $0.07 Street estimates. Earnings were on the low

that Microsoft is interested in acquiring it.
Forbes and Benzinga reported on the rumor, though it’s not clear where it
came from or how much weight there is to it.
According to Forbes, the rumor likely comes from Netflix CEO Reed Hastings'
