, one of his sexual misconduct accusers, has asked the FBI to investigate
text messages that Kavanaugh and his allies sent to friends before her story
was made public.
Kerry Berchem, who was at Yale when Kavanaugh is accused of exposing himself
to Ramirez, emailed FBI agent J.C. McDonough asking the agency to review
those messages as part of its reopened background investigation of Kavanaugh

才回忆出来的。 在这之前， 她都不确定是法官。 所以说法官不知道 Ramirez要控
告他 很正常。

Brett Kavanaugh said the first he heard of the accusation from Ramirez was
from the New Yorker article which didn't start to develop until mid-Sept.
Here he is texting about it well beforehand to mutual friends trying to
actively discredit her.
Further, the texts show Kavanaugh may need to be questioned about how far
back he anticipated Ramirez would air allegations against him. Berchem says,
