网秦于2012和2013年两步收购了国信灵通，由此宣布进入企业移动软件。国信灵通是一
家小公司，没有得到过任何风投。它的收入大部分来自向企业客户分销手机，其次来自
所谓的手机管理软件和相关服务。由于手机分销业务的毛利率很低，国信2012年的综合
毛利率报出来的是25%，2013年上半年跃升为34%。
有两件事情很可疑。第一，撇开所谓的软件和服务业务，光看一下国信的分销业务：国
信几乎没有库存（网秦2012年年报显示网秦的库存只有$0.5M，五十万美元，而国信
2012年的收入有$12.6M），所以国信分销手机是用零库存在做流水生意。照理说，渠道
商想在设备上赚几个点的毛利，总得有些附加值（否则设备商为什么给你这几个点？）
。这个代价基本上就是提供短期资金，说白了就是渠道用自己的资金买下设备，扛着库
存，慢慢分销给客户，同时给设备商提供较快的回款。这样的话，任何流水模式必然涉
及可观的库存，而不应该像国信这样零库存。
假定国信确实靠一些有中国特色的“资源”能在设备买卖上赚取一定利润，那这个利润

我们公司小，只有几十个人，老板有时候也很闲，管IT和HR的是一个人，而且很nosey，也不知道他们会不会看。估计他们会时不时地看。至少我公司的email他们是肯定看的，有一次我出差，我也没有告诉我老板和其他同事我住哪个hotel，我通过我的work email给老婆发了个email，告诉她我的hotel 电话和房间号。几个小时以后，老板打了一个电话给我，打到我的hotel room，我当时还挺纳闷，但没有问她怎么知道我的hotel电话，后来一想，肯定是她看了我的work email。

但是我记得价钱不便宜。
偶觉得你们公司HR和IT是一个人，应该没有在怎么监管BES数据。

Lakewood, Cypress, Norwalk, and Downey are also not far from Cerriros and no
