detergent including DMSO, Betaine, NP40, Triton-X100 etc etc...what I heard
Betaine is likely the best for most of application...and u can buy it from
some company...nonetheless, it could still be tricky even if you know the
gradient, it could still take a hell a lot effort to figure out correct
composition...I personally have used mostly DMSO, and Q solution from qiagen
and a bit betaine... |

多半是已经添加有精油的，或者是有植物萃取成分，多半还是有些味道，
再添加别的精油浓度不太好掌握，成份我copy了一份
里面有熏衣草花水，芦荟，依兰精油，柠檬和莱姆精油。

You can try epicentre fail-safe PCR kit. There are 12 buffers with different

然后DMSO 3-7% 和 退火温度一起，做一个二维的梯度试一下条件。
这个条件对付GC rich PCR，用了的都说好。

发帖数: 863 | 15 目前在用real-time PCR扩一段基因组上GC rich region,设计了几条引物扩增不同的区
域，普通PCR跑胶没有见到可见的smear或者dimer。用ABI的SYBR green master mix
dissociation curve能见到多个peak，amplication curve也很奇怪。跑胶可以看到
smear和dimer...最简单的方法是换引物。。。但是俺要扩的区域CG含量很高。。。换
了primer估计还会有类似问题。。。
对付high CG常用的DMSO/Betaine啥的，在real-time PCR中有没有类似应用？
求做过high gc real-time PCR的大侠指点迷津啊 |

试试。其实这个PCR还真不是一般的PCR，是用CRISPR／Cas library lentivirus 感染
后，用PCR扩增integrated gRNA，难度很大啊。谁做过这个screen，可以交流一下。万

常用ISI，google，关键词少，搜到文献太多太杂，关键词多，又搜不到文献
sci finder 太慢，不适合搜物理参数。
不知道哪位能提供个更好的搜索引擎，或是指点如何用好ISI？
具体问题：
1. search for Refractive index of metamaterials;
2. search for T1 of different C-13 peaks of Cocamidopropyl betaine.
另外，改版后的ISI中，找不到citation times, 能不能告诉在哪有？ |
