发帖数: 89 | 1 家里的UTILITY一直用的是BGE。今天上门来个OASIS的客服，说BEG6月份就要涨价了，
而他们公司能给DISCOUNT，降低我们的电气费，只需要我们提供一个神马CHOICE号码给
他，他给SWITCH一下。免费加入，免费CANCEL，还能维持目前和BGE的供给关系。一开
始听着觉得挺好的，就口头答应了，给了他有关我的BGE的信息，也让他那边的电话客
服VERIFY了这些信息。但当客服拿出一张合同纸要我签名，我一看这个是12月的合同，
就没同意。没想到1个小时后区域经理找来，说这个合同已经生效了，必须要我签名。
我觉得很不可理喻，就关门不理。
上网查了下，的确有这么一家公司，能给出12或24个月的固定RATE，但今天来的人并没
有明确告知他们能给到多少。另外，还查到有些人抱怨这样会同时收到BGE和OASIS 2份
账单，费用不但不降，反而增加。感觉OASIS有些不靠谱。 |

BGE不一定赚，转到其它公司不一定亏。。。 |

发帖数: 1201 | 26 俺们家装了太阳能，15年的lease，$4000, 2.5Kw, 才用了半个月，最近天气比较坑爹

午太阳最好的时候总是有云，peak hour总是2度左右。有一天终于万里无云，有2.5度
，peak的时候输出功率大概有3Kw左右，半个月差不多大概有180度电，基本上上满足一
半的需求吧。附图是这个月的，7月最后两天比较给力差不多有30多度。
这个公司每年保证一定的发电量，如果低于这个值的话，他们会给补贴。估计全年是
3000度电，差不多是1年的用电的1/3。 3000度电，按照BGE的价格来算，大约是$450左
右， 考虑到每年的电费上涨和太阳能的衰减，预计10年左右能够收回成本，剩下的5年
基本上算是你自己赚的，大概2000左右。
这个毕竟不可能省太多，就当给中国的太阳能产业做贡献了。 |

想来想去可能有两个原因，中央空调系统15y了，门窗好像也很旧（虽然也是双层的）
，问题是怎么才能确定原因呢？毕竟无论换门窗还是空调都要5k左右。
刚看到BGE有个15-Point Air Conditioning Inspection （https://www.bgehome.com/
air-conditioning-inspection.php），不知道这个检查能不能告诉我空调是不是
utility高的原因？还是需要做其他的。
真的不太懂，多谢大家！ |

号是 2.5Ton Trane XR15 (4TWR5030G) + 3Ton Trane Variable Speed Air Handler (
TAM7A0C36H31), 这个组合按 AHRI certificate 是 16 SEER，每套价格 before
rebate 是 $6228，当时每套有 $200 Trane instant rebate 和电力公司（BGE）$500
rebate，算上 rebates，每套最终价格是 $5528，是通过 Trane Dealer 换的。 |

上也应该能查到。 MD 应该就两个电力公司吧？不是 BGE 就是 Pepco。电力公司那个
rebate 需要 dealer 帮你申请，而且需要参加这个电力公司 Program 的 dealer 才行。 |

EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENT。光换WINDOWS可能不QUALIFY。
你还可以查查你所在的COUNTY是否有类似的PROGRAM。你说BGE，那你应该在BALTIMORE
那边。HOWARD COUNTY的类似的PROGRAM好象去年就截止了。BALTIMORE COUNTY我听说有
，但因为我不做那里的，所以具体情况不清楚。 |
