子宫右上角，从而判断有可能是cornual pregnancy. 上周复查时用超声波对sac位置
诊断依旧，但由于病人没有bleeding or 明显痛感,医生也怀疑是仅仅是bicornuate
uterus 和normal pregnancy.
产科大夫于是建议MRI without contrast并refer to a radiologist, 但该
radiologist认为由于处在first trimester,有流产可能，并引具FDA和American
College of Radiology Guideline, 拒绝做MRI. 产科大夫依然认为MRI是唯一可行的诊
断措施，且没有证据和研究显示MRI对first trimester有任何副作用, 并refer to a
second radiologist.
两年多以前怀和生老大的时候都很顺利, 现在碰到这么复杂的情况，实在是想请教各位
的意见。

保险这个月底就到期了
这里的姐妹有谁是35+, bicornuate uterus+6cm左右子宫肌瘤的吗？谁有类似经历的吗？ |

发帖数: 32 | 6 My OB did not take it very seriously, although I was nervous about it. I did
not feel very good for my pregnant days_no appetite, tired; other than that
, nothing unusual, no pain/cramping.
I gave nature birth to my baby.
My pregnancy went pretty good that my OB might forget I had the bicornuate.
I kept reminding her at my late pregnancy, then she ordered extra Untrasound
and stress test (?) for me, which discovered I had low water and my baby
was kind of stressed at 35 week.
You need relax. But |

of the fibroids. One of my friends warned me
about this because hers did too and caused a lot of pain when I was only 5-
6weeks but I didn't expect this to happen
to me back in my head. Anyway the pain medication started to work a little
todayas long as I do not wait until it gets
very painful before I take it. However it doesn't eliminated the pain

very hard for your baby to rotate back to normal vertex presentation. Most
likely you are going to have C/S at 40 weeks. |

发帖数: 3211 | 12 bicornuate 和didelphic都分不清？纵隔就是一个子宫中间塌陷，要看纵隔长度，太长
不易怀孕或者容易流产，didelphic就是完全两个子宫，两个endo，理论上可以同时怀
俩娃。两个子宫像两个兔耳朵一样的。 |
