An easy ride for anyone...no big hills, good shoulder, moderate traffic.
If you ride this from one end of Canada Road to the other, it runs 7.3 miles
(14.6 roundtrip). No big hills, pretty good road surfaces, just two stop
signs! And if you just ride the section from Edgewood to 92 you're looking
at an 8 mile roundtrip. This ride proves that not everything on this
website has to include a monstrous mountain climb!

Riding with no hands
Remember when you were a kid and it was cool to be able to ride your bike
without having any hands on the handlebars? Turns out, it is illegal.
“A person operating a bicycle or moped shall keep at least one hand on the
handlebars at all times,” according to Utah Code 41-6a-1112.
It is also illegal to carry a package or bundle if it prevents the use of
both hands in operating the bicycle or moped. So forget about doing “no
hands” in Utah.

缘故），我发动车准备开到左向车道时，一自行车逆向从车头绕出相撞（现回忆可能他
原来在sidewalk,被我的车block所以逆行骑到自行车道上想绕过我的车头），当时马上
刹车，轻微碰撞，事发突然头次经历，事情不大，双方都没保留现场就把车开回油站。
对方看像墨西哥人，人没事，自行车也无大碍，但对方要赔$160. 我问朋友说不该给钱
，call policy和保险公司，对方说自己没保险马上上班，没时间等警察。相持了半个
小时左右，他把我的驾照，车牌，保险都拍下来，他好像没有ID卡，只把他地址姓名
话写下来给我，就很快骑走了，我后来吧车停回原来位置，把路况等拍下来。
如果他先打保险公司报告是否对我不利？我是否先该想保险公司报告? 谢谢！

It's just one man's opinion, but he's in a position to know. A fellow named
Aaron Goss, president of Aaron's Bicycle Repair, Inc., in Seattle, wrote to
trade magazine Bicycle Retailer and Industry News to express concerns about
the ubiquity of carbon fiber cycling products.
Goss is an admitted carbon cynic. He says flat-out, "Our view has always
been that carbon fiber's disadvantages outweigh its supposed advantages."

看了半天实在不懂要买什么车，预算就600左右，便宜点更好。就想周末骑着车锻炼锻
炼身体，路况良好吧，有点上坡下坡，肯定不会跑去骑山路土坡什么的。
那种要弯腰骑的公路车我不行。。。我试骑了朋友的车，总觉得手握刹车的时候很费力
，我怕遇着情况我连刹车都摸不着就完了。
另外不太高的话，骑国内的24的车，这边是多少尺寸呢。。。顶锅盖问一问。。。
lz虽然骑了n年车，从小学就开始骑自行车一直骑到大学。。。出来之后除了拿着朋友
的车子踩过几脚就没再骑过，属于会骑车但是不懂修自行车，所以必须要找有service
的店（还是说我随便哪里买的车在ems店里都能买一样的service？，貌似店员说40刀一
年，包括刹车，轮胎，貌似这么说的，我觉得挺便宜，这样子我就不怕车坏没人修了。
汗，lz女僧，这方面有点懒，只想骑车不想修）

1，调整好以后 R/F Derailleur cable是否正确安装拧紧了
2，必须先将FD调整到位，才能开始调整RD
3，调整Derailleur的时候Cable都需要完全松开

coincidence or a circumstance. My definition of “cyclist” is two-fold:
