Power of Attorney。但在英文授权书使用上，Letter of Authorization 和 Power of
Attorney有一些区别。
一般来说，Letter of Authorization比较通用，几乎可以用于各种形式和各种
需求时的授权；而Power of Attorney的使用比较严格，被授权人要求为律师（
Attorney）。
在招投标书翻译中，投标书(bid)中一般都需要有投标人(bidder)授权书，授权
代表人(authorized representative)签署投标书。这种情况下，做授权书翻译时，一
