归纳一下：
1.棉织内裤，天天换洗,太阳晾晒（是）
2.天天用水，不用洗液（是）不过最近肚子大，固定花洒不能直接淋洗下面。昨天
order了一个bidet bottle，还有一个带hose的花洒。
3.多喝cramberry juice。疑是糖妈，砍掉了果汁。要不回头吃cramberry 胶囊？
4.多喝水，多小便，起消炎作用。每天1500到2000ml矿泉水，不知够不够。
5.少XX，或不XX。（自从怀上就没有了）
6.晚上无底裤裸睡。（没试过，不过肚子大了，晚上翻身老是觉得内裤碍事，有这个打
算） |

逛街的乐趣跟美国差不多，每个地方的都是那几个牌子，样子也都差不多。衣服要等到降价才买，不然太不划算，但降价的衣服都是仓库里的老款，这且不说，要
用＂抢＂的才能买到。这其实跟我没关系，因为我看的上眼的基本不打折。剪裁也没美
国这服贴。
男生们听下面一点：我觉得国内厂商喜欢把男生的衣服设计的比较＂韩＂，比较＂妖＂（女生的观点）。比如上衣背后大片的装饰，今年冬天男装流行的（居然是）紫色。很多女生都喜欢的是阳光，有男人味的。
食：
没时间在家里做饭，一般出去吃。好的地方２个人，一顿７０左右（２线城市，BJ，SH更贵）。价钱不是重要的，重要... 阅读全帖 |

早起窗外的景色和我们的新车，虽然倒时差一晚没怎么睡，但是想到马上要看到美丽的
新天鹅堡和下午的Stelvio Pass，心情还是好的不得了。
我们住的家庭旅店
做shuttle上到小桥看对面的城堡；我们带着个还在倒时差心情极不佳又不喜欢室内游
的小丫头，所以没有进去城堡内部
一路走到山脚下，没有坐马车也没有坐shuttle。下山路没有想象中难走，完全
stroller friendly；我们一路时而推着女儿，时而让她自己推车，她倒是很开心。
中午开始向意大利开去，路过了意大利境内的Lake Reschen(意大利语Lago di Resia,
德语Reschensee)，本是一个小城镇，但是因为要建这个人工湖，小镇被淹没，只留下
这个教堂的尖顶，在这湖光山色中静静矗立。
最后，这一天的兴奋点终于到了-Stelvio Pass
一共48个几乎150-180度的锐角转弯一路由山脚开到山顶，就看老公的手在档上不停的换，两只脚
也不停的踩来踩去，注意力全部集中在征服山路的快感上，可怜的是我，注意力全在窗
