昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，
但他们不依不饶地攻击我，欲置我于死地，让我非常生气，特别是肆意伤害我家里的人
，绑架我先生和孩子，而且有许许多多无辜的生命毁于他们之手，有必要把他们曝光。
当然我还没分析这里边是那几个人具体攻击我，伤害我的，但他们显然都是一伙的。鉴
于他们伤害我的头部，胸部 和胃部，我就把这几部分的医生都曝光，受害者慢慢去调
查，追查他们吧。

章很麻烦，耽误了2个多月，材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把
我当时准备的情况跟大家说一下也许对将要申请的人有一点帮助。
我个人从这里寄出去的材料包括：
1.国内护士执照的公正，在这里网上找的公证处，在纽约，叫最佳公正，电话
7183212810
2.指纹卡，就在我住的地方的警察局办的，free
3.handbook上的申请表，贴一张照片在右下角（handbook链接：http://www.rn.ca.gov/pdfs/applicants/exam-app.pdf）
这一页有一项是填社会安全号，我当时没有就空着的，没有关系。
4.两张支票，一张办指纹的($51)，一张申请的($75)
5.写了一封信，表示感谢，一张纸，很客气的几句话

1.中英文成绩单（学校有，我来之前到学校教务处办好的）
2.学位证书和毕业证书中英文版（来之前自己办好到学校教务处办好的，盖好了章）

The right upper quadrant of the abdomen was examined by real-time ultrasound.
Findings:
The liver is normal in size, being 13.8 cm in its cephalocaudad diameter. It

learned the lesson in a hardway, had a young patient admitted with fever and
abnormal liver function test that we all thought was cholecystitis or some
sort biliary infection/inflammation, he quickly deterioated into multi-organ
failure and died, postmorterm showed babesiosis,
though lyme disease is all people talking about, i've yet to see one, |

not gonna jump in and say ha that herbal medicine never works, assume he had
cholecystitis and had cholecystectomy, then he developed common bile duct
stone? what kind of surgery he had? ERCP? or they really did an open
laparatomy? and now how did they know there is still stones formed? would
need more details,
in general vitamin C and moderate coffee intake and unsaturated fat
supposedly lower the formation of biliary stones, |

乙肝5项检查结果是国内俗称小三阳的一种（1,3,5项阳），转氨酶ALT,AST轻微偏高，
提示可能有轻微炎症的发生。
是否需要进行治疗，还要做一项检查，乙肝病毒定量HBV DNA，看是否超标。

患者44岁，男，6年前因为肝癌做了肝移植 （符合米兰标准），之后无灾无病好几年。
去年2016年初发现轻微贫血，血色素12，因为当时在服小剂量阿司匹林，于是停服，看
看有没好转。托托拉拉到了年底，还是贫血，血色素10.5。医生说做个内镜。于是在胃
内发现一个肿瘤，内镜医生直觉是GIST。随后CT，但CT却没有异常。4月初第二次胃镜
，GIST依然还在，取样活检表明可能肝癌转移或者是非常罕见的HAC。第二次CT 报告大
小46x35mm，说比较第一次32mm变大了。可能第一次看片医生那天喝多了？肿瘤位置在
Fundus，非常接近GOJ。
AFP好久没有查了，因为肝上的情况一直很好，肝移植前AFP 100多，移植后AFP一直小
于2。上一次至少是2，3年前。也是疏忽了。现在AFP 254. 显然胃上这个要么是转移，
要么是HAC。
下周二医生还要安排一次PETCT，周三见外科医生，估计排除转移外就安排切除了。 求
这里的专家教授指点，这个情况如何是好？下面我贴上最近几个报告。

发帖数: 435 | 23 我是学医的。 给新生儿的抽血真的很难很难。别说护士了，有一次一个新生儿抽血，3
护士搞不定，叫儿医，还是搞不定。后来是叫上儿童麻醉医生才把血给抽出来。可想而
知那小baby被扎了多少针。infants的血管很难找，而且小的不得了， 更不要说新生儿
的了。 很多都是试了各个部位才终于一个地方可以抽到血。
引起jaundice的有原因很多，大多数是bili light照照就没问题的。但还是有部分小孩
是由其他非常严重的原因引起的（liver, biliary system, antibiotics against the
blood)。要是是这些引起的，医生没查出来，他们是会吃官司的。 |

专业uptodate的网站access，可以阅读查询胆道闭锁的治疗信息。我希望给LZ发过去。
即使做最坏的打算，刚才简单看了一下biliary atresia的治疗方法。前面也有MM提到
了成功的例子。这些例子很多。LZ请记住：
1）现在是20-30年以后，宝宝是在美国，手术方式和预后都有很大程度的提高。
2）Kasai手术法/Hepatoportoenterostomy，将胆道和小肠连接起来，通过那些还通畅
的小的胆道把胆汁流到小肠。
3）做最坏打算，肝移植。虽然这是很艰难的一条路，但是并不是意味着救不了宝宝。
宝宝仍然会有很大机会！这里移植、移植后的治疗都是先进的。最重要的是不能让宝宝
黄疸水平太高时间太长。所以早期发现、早期治疗就是给宝宝最大的机会。
我说这些，并不想缩小你现在经历的痛苦，现在最重要的是，用知识武装自己，配合医
生，给宝宝最好的诊断和治疗。尽快住院检查，尽快找出原因。诊断过程包括超声

发帖数: 23 | 26 宝宝出生5天因为黄疸住院，光照治疗一个晚上以后，第二天早上一个GI过来和我说发
现直胆还是很高，担心胆道堵塞了，但还不确定，需要再确诊。当时我还很懵懂，不知
道这是什么样的病。事后在网上查了新生儿胆道堵塞信息，我顿时眼泪就流下来了。胆
闭一生的医疗护理和极可能的肝移植，这些对宝宝和我们来说太可怕，太沉重。
在医院待的每一天我都在流泪。基本上能做的化验检测都作了。我们每天都期待检测结
果是好的，然而每种检测结果都指向胆闭。每个人都很痛苦，两家的老人知道以后也从
喜到悲。
现在我们只能接受现实。
我可怜的宝宝一出生就要开始受苦，但爸爸妈妈会一直陪伴支持你的！
希望大家祝福我的宝宝吧！希望他即将进行的手术成功，手术后能很好恢复。
