发帖数: 197 | 3 一段时间以来，老听到周围人谈论中国持有美国国债，威胁美国经济，有点感想，随便
说两句：
中国持有的那些美国国债更本无法威胁美国经济。
到今天，中国大概持有580-600 Billon美国国债，而美国国债一天的交易量就是500
Billon左右。而且在2007年，中国持有的美国国债还在500 Billon 一下。
也就是说，中国十几年来积攒的美国国债 也就基本上和美国国债一天的交易量持平。
如果中国现在把所有美国国债储蓄一个星期内抛售完，当然会对美国国债市场有影响，
但影响小到可以不计，因为市场有足够空间吸收，而且美联储自己可以当买家，从而抵
消影响。
被大部分人所忽视的是：在美联储、投行发行国债时侯，他们的首要任务就是增加美国国债
市场的流动性（也就是交易量）。从而让除美联储外 任何机构或个人都无法影响美国国债
利率，从而影响美国经济。
至于Washington Post, New York Times重复强调中国持有国债可以影响市场。那是“
中国威胁论”的一个重要部分。大家都是明白人，以后看看就当笑话吧；对国内大多数
不了解的，“中国威胁论”或许能增加一些国家自信心，所以也不用说破。 |

摘要
传统新闻史认为，旧制度时期的法国新闻业处于严格的书报审查制度之下，因此在1789
年革命前没有发起过对旧制度的攻击。然而，新研究表明，1775年，法国大众新闻业曾
经在政治上突然变得激进化。这一现象与一批涌入新闻业的受挫剧作家有关，更与当时
新君即位、莫普改革失败和高等法院被恢复等政治事件密切相关。但是，激进的新闻业
不久便遭到官方镇压，重新被纳入王权书报审查制度控制之下。到了1779年，一切归于
沉寂。然而，这次昙花一现的新闻自由还是对岌岌可危的旧制度造成了沉重打击。

1）如果下一年度Model 3 ASP 能维持在4.5万，毛利率增加到20%， 周产5000辆，对应
年产35万Ｍ３， 将大致是ｔｓｌａ盈亏平衡点。
２）如果下一年度 Model 3 ASP维持在４．５万，但毛利率１５％，周产９０００
到一万， 对应年产～５０万辆才是盈亏平衡点。
所以是否盈利，盈利多少将取决于tesla销售high end model 3和提高生产效率降低毛
利率的能力。
如果认为model s/x 25%的毛利率是上限， 取决于model 3 生产规模，年利润上限在
１到３个billon 之间。
但我个人估计年利润更可能是几百个million. 至于能不能支撑股价翻番，市值上千亿
，就见仁见智了。
我认为， 股价会上升， 但依然会是上下翻滚， 左右腾挪。 |
