Really thank this site for providing TONs of info helping me pass. To pay it
forward, I would like to share some info:
1) Preparation - Science background, took around 4 months part time
preparation. Used PLI material and MyPatentBar.COM; Finished reading PLI
study guide and all prime questions in the first two month, then start
practising old exams in the order of 2003 (2x), 2002 (2x), 2001 (1x) and

发帖数: 48 | 12 The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has the exclusive
jurisdiction on patent cases on appeal. That is, its decision is binding to
all lower federal courts. So far, In re Bilski is a good law, which is
unlikely to be overruled by the Supreme Court in a foreseeable future (in
view of its recent decision in Mayo v. Prometheus).
So it is unlikely that a pure business trading method would be a patentable
subject matter. |

anecdptes of how fast Stevens picked up computer technology in Benson. Since
he clerked for two justices in his 20s, perhaps he is uniquely qualified.
However, I don't like Stevens in Bilski, right before his retirement.
White dissented in Roe?
Yes, Lawrence got arrested in TX for alleged gay activities in his bedroom.
The language went too far, covering ONS, MNS, "consensual" prostitution,

1. He said the most contentious one is Bush v. Gore
I thought it was a crappy one. They could have ducked the whole thing as a
political question.
2. He refused to reveal which is the most difficult case. When pushed, he
alluded to "a patent case," asserted it as "insignificant" and made fun of
the anchor "do you really want to know about it?"
I wonder if the purportedly most difficult case is Bilski v. Kappos.

of test takers and applicants are going down, each school is becoming more
selective, some even announced enrollment cuts.
These days, it is a lot harder to get a firm job, even for law students with
science or engineering undergraduate degrees, including EE.
This correlates with the reality that clients are cutting budgets, firms are
competing furiously by underbidding each other.
