(2) slide bindings into rails built on skis
(3) with boots on the bindings, adjust forword presure. For my bindings(

上有垫板，一般是选择配套的binding。比如Atomic的如果是4tix 垫板，就只能选择
4tix的binding，Neox的binding就不行。其他的专产固定器的marker和Look也可以试试
，但是要确认是否compatible。

最长也不能放下我的鞋，估计是给Youth的Binding,于是丢在一边。现在对雪板懂一点
了，发现我现在用的雪板比较短（差点到肩膀），而这付雪板倒是非常适合我的身高（
到眼睛），我就想能否用上它。
我的问题是：首先这付雪板是否适合我（体重适中）？另外，看网上介绍这个S711
Binding的参数应该可以放下我的鞋，是不是可以重新install一下调整前后两块的距离
？如果不能这么做，我可不可以买一个Binding换上去？重新install Binding是不是必

=higher price=heavy weight
for example, mojo 15 comes with a din setting of 5-15. i won't use this
binding unless my normal din setting is 6-7 or more.
I myself is comfortable with DIN 6. Most entry level binding has a max din
of around 10 (example rossignol FREESKI² 100 XL, DIN3-10 ), which is
enough for me.
If you check FREESKI² 180 XXL, it has DIN 10-18. I simply cannot use
this binding.

以便平衡。还有玩park有大量的倒滑，binding中置也方便倒滑。
一般雪道上玩，binding适当后置，让板的中心在脚尖或者脚尖前面，这样对板的压力
稍稍偏后一点，高速滑行的时候不容易甩尾，稳定一些。
powder里面滑为了不陷到雪里去，需要重心往后一点好把板头翘起来。为了滑雪者不要
太后坐，有时binding就后置一些。
另外还有滑mogul的板，为了转向方便，binding比起一般的板前置一些，但是还不至于
到正中间。 |

理论上说独立安装的好处是板废了还能拆下来装在其他板上, stand height 比较低有
利于soft snow, park, mogul skiing.
Integrated binding 本质上就是不能拆卸的demo binding, 任何boot size 都可以fit

snowboard是红色的，长度好像是130或者135CM
上面的binding是去年新换的（之前的坏掉了），新BINDING花了我120多刀
一共包括：雪板，上面的靴子，BINDING。
总之，自己找一套厚的衣服，就可以去滑雪了。

For both of your front and back piece of your bind, there are levels. Check
carefully. If you lift the level, something that perturb out in the bottom
will be retracted. Put the binding in the center of the rail, you can

发帖数: 353 | 29 说说我知道的吧，不同厂家的，不同地形的板子binding的位置会稍微有些差异，但这种差异和滑雪者的水平没啥对应关系，完全是厂家在设计板子的时候，根据板子的重量、形状、转弯半径、重量分配等等这些板子自身的一些特点定下的。举例来说，我拥有过4副板子，前两副都是适合初级到中级的型号，binding的位置在板子的中间，其余俩副都算是适合中级到高级水平的板子，K2 Outlaw是滑powder的，Hart F17是滑蘑菇的，前者的binding靠后，后者的靠前。
如果觉得现在的板子不灵活，完全可以去店里demo一下感兴趣的板子，然后再考虑换还是不换。 |

后来后查了查才发现惨了，原来这个binding只能配burton自己的channel snowboard。
这下子把自己限制住了，看来选择性不多了，其他牌子的board是不是都买不了了？
貌似这个channel board里all mountain的板子就是burton custom X了？ X8主要是

. But, the technician there used the wrong jig initially. They drilled a set
of wrong holes on my skis. Then, they fixed the mistake by drilling another
set of holes to mount the bindings.
My question is will this mistake affect the lifetime and usage of my skis?

bindings. get something with a low DIN setting because you won't need
anything >10 unless you are super overweight.go for something lightweight. I
personally prefer bindings without baseplates. they are a tad lighter and
more forgiving (low stand height). otherwise, just make sure the brakes are
wide enough for the skis. but any shop will be able to swap out the brakes
for you if they don't fit.

的问题是mounting position/forward pressure可能的变化。最后就是legal那点事了
，改binding那点钱相当于买保险，如果binding出问题shop要扛责任的。
基本原则就一个：if you REALLY know what you are doing, then DIY. otherwise
trust the shop, pay the money, and let them take the risk. |

to bind to port number 3000, and unable to bind to it. Don't know
what I should do. Should I change the apache server to 3000?

另外查了一下，以前检测ribosome binding要先提取ribosome亚基，然后用引物延伸一
类的方法来检测与mRNA的binding，现在还这么干吗？感觉还是太复杂了一些。

则差别很小。现在的问题是，不同sample 的HA 总是有差别。怎么来消除HA binding

别大。不知相同细胞数超声，但是蛋白含量可以差10倍，是不是超声条件也该不同？但

well. Even with real defined aptamer, you may not get 100% binding. RNA
