你想买拉斐什么的，一般也都是去那。
SAMS CLUB前几年有XO，现在我家这边两个都没了。后悔啊，以前就80多块一瓶，没弄
几瓶屯着。
比较贵的酒在SAMS CLUB里就是蓝方/金方，还有140块的法国香槟。蓝方也不是每家店
都有。130多。金方70多。 |

【明報專訊】一項最新樓市報告指出，有最多華裔買家追捧的大溫地區樓市，樓價屢創
新高，獨立平房(bungalow)價格早已冠於全國，現在更升至樓價次高城市多倫多的兩倍
(見左上表)，其他城市堪稱望塵莫及。
地產公司Royal LePage昨日公布2011年第二季樓價報告，大溫獨立平房、標準兩層獨立
屋、標準柏文樓價均較去年同期上漲，其中升幅最勁的是獨立平房，上漲達14.1%，平
均價突破一百萬，升至103.3萬元，是樓價第二高的多倫多(51.11萬元)的兩倍，卡加利
的平房則只賣41.16萬元，愛蒙頓31.2萬元、滿地可29.97萬元，不到大溫平房的1/3。
在兩層獨立屋價格方面，大溫在第二季達到111.45萬元，比去年上漲12%，多倫多則只
需61.77萬元，卡加利41.52萬元，差距愈來愈大。
標準柏文的價格則相對接近，大溫為49.92萬元，較去年增加2.5%，多倫多34.64萬元，
較去年增加6%，卡加利則是24.9萬元，略比去年下跌1.1%。
