lib，我如果重新做回fish的话应该会bioactive lib也加上一起，外加FDA on paper的
其他drug,天然产物当然也是个好的出发点。
整个过程里面其实最关键的还是assay了，要稳定，reproducible,还得容易看出
phenotype，得让外行技术员都可以做，这样才有希望找到东西。我和朋友讨论过一阵
做PD,如果你有兴趣我们也可以下来讨论讨论 |

发帖数: 7030 | 2 很多 fish说实话 我的感觉是不做drug screen没啥太大的前途。
库有好多种，从最小的比如fda drug lib几百到一千，到已知target的bioactive什么
的四五千，然后到一两万的都有。再多的一般就不是一个单独的lab能screen得了的了
，药厂的lib上百万都不奇怪。
用几回当然得看物种，fish的话，一个commercial lib够用上百次了。。所以我才到处
找那里能卖给我点用剩的aliquot。先做细胞也不错，细胞的问题就是你要知道药厂都
在做cell based screen/biochem based screen,你能想出来的assay他们八成早就筛过了
其实说到底，还是得有个好assay，有的话后面不是问题 |

TOX department. Big pharma particularly wants to know how parent drug or
bioactive metabolites covalently bind to macromolecules (e.g., proteins)
leading to toxicity. (I should point out that thus far no clear evidence
demonstrate the binding of drug to macromolecules absolutely results in
toxicity.).
Go for it! I guarntee you'll get lots of interviews from big pharmas after
graduation.

easiest part to outsource. Small molecules systhesis and bioactivity test,
early phase animal study, raw material systhesis, etc. are good examples. So
far most of the big pharma's sites in China are doing at least some
research.
Development part is more difficult to outsource because regulation is much
more strict. Development part is to make DS, DP for clinical trials, and the
