1) She AIN't doing GWAS (Genome Wide Association Study). The array-based
GWAS has been concluded and announced as a big failure,she would have been
dumb for focusing on that.Sequencing is the way and it IS her approach.

发帖数: 11 | 8 生物样本库是个挺复杂的事情，硬件、软件、流程都很重要。
基本硬件包括储存用的超低温冰箱、液氮罐，配套的温度监控报警系统，处理样本的基
本设备。
软件需要一套样本管理系统，可以定位每个样本品的位置和相关信息，配套的还有临床
信息系统（管理临床、检验、病理、影像、随访等资料）。
然后你需要有一套流程去管理，组织样品涉及各类外科、手术室、病理科，体液样品涉
及检验科，样品需要处理，需要保存，需要监控保存状态，需要交由合适的科研机构研
究，中间涉及很多人员，机构，你的生物样品库需要和这些机构协调工作。
还会涉及到伦理问题，因为你处理的来源于患者的样品。当然样本库的运作也不能影响
患者的治疗和诊断。
国内外做生物样本库的基本有两类公司，一类做冰箱起家，比如国外的thermo，国内的
haier；一类做样本库管理软件起家。
你可以搜索下biobank management/solution，可以查到些相关信息。
我在国内一家医院的研究所工作，我们有个样本库在运作，需要的话可以提供些信息。
不过基本上建样本库是件长期投入，产出不确定的事情，不知道你联系的那家医院实力

数据更是不规范，没法用。你要什么data,他都能给你整出来。
而北京上海的很多医院由于各种原因（科研压力，经济等）都逐渐的完善了，
现在不少地方在建biobank,但一旦正规化regulation就很严。
如，协和，基础所要从临床那边拿样品非常困难。
很多医院给你样品，不做其他实验，要求co-corresponding, co-first.
很多情况下，还是需要personal connection和trust.
否则，别人给你样品，如果前期收集就不严格，你做了也是浪费时间。
不过我支持你做，也许有机会。 |
