论, 说如果开车的人把轮胎的气都加足, 可以提高3%左右的MPG, 一年下来节省的能源
相当于美国全年bioenergy的产量. |

，也没有深入做这方面，只是帮我老板偶然做做，大部分工作给了另外的学生们了。现
在好后悔。另外还有是那个建筑管理也是到处在招Faculty。以后就不知道了。 |

环境类里，如果是纯粹工程的，甚至非常传统的工程研究，尤其是小方向上，能发了就
不错了。此类研究比较有实际价值，但是不遭杂志待见。这些年此类研究基本拿不到
Funding，做的人少，引用更少。现在很少有杂志坚持当初的办刊宗旨了。ASCE里的还
在坚持，但是大家看看他们的IF，可是行内大家很认可那些低IF的杂志。IF在国内被捧
高了，原因大家都知道。
环境类这行，什么专业都可以来淌水的，比如Nano了，生态了，化学了，甚至分子生物
学了。许多文章在学工程的人眼里，根本没有用处，但是此类文章，许多杂志喜欢，因
为做的人多，引用也多。比如EST上发的那些文章，真正工程类的很少，可以说就是个
Science的大会菜，甚至Water Research也这样搞。
水资源类研究在传统Civil engineering里，发的杂志IF算高的了。因为目前的趋势就
是用计算机来模拟多一些，而模拟类研究因为花费少，容易出文章，所以引用高，结果
就是此类杂志的IF相对高。ISI里对水资源有专门的IF排名分类。
还有一些杂志很专营，比如BT，Biomass bioenergy，起初就是一农业工程类杂志... 阅读全帖 |

发帖数: 2074 | 26 我做postdoc 3年了，项目马上要结束了。博士和博后都是做LC, HPLC蛋白质分离分析
，本来去生物制药做下游处理是最理想的，但是今年的尝试没有成功，h-1b又用完了，
只能考虑non-profit。
有2个offer：
第一个，一个研究医院的senior research technologist职位（有哪位知道这个职位相
当于什么级别？），据说一半routine，一半research，但是后一半不能保证。不一定
有自己的项目，基本相当于高级technician。可能有paper发，但是估计都不是第一作
者。做的是LC/MS, high throughput screening，小分子药物开发，方向还是不错的。
另一个，学校的postdoc，biomass, bioenergy领域（现在挺热，但是我还是想去制药
界），肯定有自己的项目做。
各位有什么看法？急问。
