years. 律师把我国内的家现在的地址填进去了，时间是8/2003 - 8/2005。 可问题是8
/2003-8/2005这段时间我们家是在国内另外一个城市的另外一个地址，去年12月份才搬
到现在的城市的。这样会有问题吗？

Beneficial Number 吧？
关于要跟I-485 一起寄的Employment Letter 能用半年前的Offer Letter么？ 还是要
H1B签证的那种说明现在仍在工作有日期的Employment Letter？

对同一个申请人来说，假如同时递交485，EAD和AP，里面的照片护照797等是不是分别
在485，EAD和AP里都要各有一份？最后就是485有一套完整的，EAD也有一套完整的，AP
也有一套完整的？
是不是不能把485 765 131摞在一起?
还是总共只要一份就可以了？

我是国内土博，J1，来美时间也不长，中间还transfer一次,没有离开过美国。
文章十几篇都是在国内发的，引用140来次，主要来自一篇挂名文章，审稿大概15次，
背景比较弱，请的律师。推荐信美3，中1，德1，没有大牛，但是都非常nice,一个字都
没有改过。律师写的PL,看上去就是模板上的套话，但是应该是都说到了重点，个人感
觉律师在140申请对我的帮助还是比较大的。
485 DIY:
结婚证是中国的，在网上找了个翻译公司，60块钱，翻译加notarize.

体检： 找的附近的诊所，很有经验，操作很熟悉，就是中途医生休假单个了一个星期
。价格是200多点/人，不包疫苗和x-ray. 体检之前在医院打了 flu, chickenpox, MMR
(抽血化验发现没有抗体），TD。体检的很简单，身高、体重等、抽血、皮试。我的皮
试发现有红包，得做x-ray 又花了70刀。总共480/2人。老婆没打chickenpox，跟护士
说以前得过就没要求。我的MMR 和chickenpox都只有一针，很担心这个会被RFE.
结婚证明： 找朋友一起去UPS 做的公证。
出生证明：现在县里都有对外公证，都是去县里办的（开始去的市里， 被打回来说县
里有只能去县里办）。于是我爸带上我的身份证复印件、护照复印件、VISA复印件，父
母身份证复印件（开始有个无聊的更年期女非要申请人和父母的身份证的原件）、户口

左右绿，没有RFE。排到的同学赶紧抓紧体检，没有办出生证明的赶紧让家里人去办，
复印件就可以。除了有原件要求，其他的文件都可以交复印件，没问题。早点交早点排
上去，祝大家早绿。

的list贴一下，其实我的list也是根据置顶帖整理的。希望对大家有所帮助。最后祝大
家绿的顺利。
PS： 好像还有同学问过H1B pending时能不能交485。我的个人经历是能。我的h1b
extension是8月份交上去的，到10月份我要交485的时候还是pending（其实现在还是
pending，不过我已经不care了，嘿嘿）。当时我就根据google来的建议在current
immigration status那一栏填了：pending for H-1B extension approval，并在cover
letter里面付了一段话：
My current status is pending for H-1B extension approval, and the I-797
receipt notice and I-129 petition form for this extension are included in

简介自己签证的历史有助于移民官对你的案例有整体的把握，能更清楚明了的表明你身分的合法，避免不必要的误会。
如果有孩子在美国出生，要把孩子的出生证加上checklist，也要简要说明婚姻的情况。这对两地分开的有益处，降低关于婚姻ＲＦＥ的风险。
下面只是列了 485和ＥＡＤ的，如果申请ＡＰ， 把 AP 的材料加入checklist就好了。
