biopharma是不是应该主要做单克隆抗体？biosynthesis一般也是做小分子的合成，主
要是antibiotics和anti-cancer drugs。说到实际应用的话，可能最多给做organic
synthesis的人提供semisynthesis的原料，或者分离天然产物，拿到活性强的化合物。
真正可操作的空间很小。
其实我现在也不知道自己该学什么，擅长什么..... |

issues in BioPharma industry. You probably can use company resource to buy
and study it and use it in real life questions. I think it asks you to make
right judgments and decisions based on all those sometime seemingly
conflicting regulations. Meaning there are certainly basic rules you need to
understand and grasp, not just know how many regulatory tools.

requires more human capital to do that. Considering the final rate of
success, I would see one should stay in big companies until you are going to
be a member of founding team who really knows what you are doing. At that
time you are fairly mature (40 to 50s).
There is no early retirement option for biopharma. hehe. |
