我是三流学校化工在读phd，都第四年了，本想争取今年毕业，
但目前看形势可能又要拖到明年；
老板是近60岁的韩国单身女人，不牛，十分bt，
这几年来组里前后10个学生
只有2个拿到学位，剩下8个除我之外全都转校或者换老板了。
我现在也是接近忍无可忍，又想想自己也不想做科研，
就犹豫要不要拿个master走人算了
我第1，2年做optic biosensing，貌似跟工业还能沾点边，
后来就一直做离应用十万八千里的nano-medicine
现在正在研究找工作的行情，在monster， indeed上基本上找不到特别对口的，
看到的化工职位都要求相关工作经验，就没看到一个不要经验的；
我想问问大家一般找工作，尤其是master，
做得东西特别对口非常重要吗？
一直犹豫没有quit phd也是觉得，化工硕士的美国人一堆一堆的，
很多还有实习经验，
我跟他们竞争，又没有身份，觉得特别没有自信
我老板是不可能放我去实习的。
大家看我这情况，是不是非常艰难？
我lg目前在纽约费城附近，所以我很想在周边找工作，
那里名校如云，我是不是更艰难了...
我觉得我的硬件条件太差了，

现在postdoc，找了industry工作，想1月底开始。但我的计划是12月底把postdoc的工
作辞了，回国一个月（2年多没回去了）。不知道这样可行吗？还是两份工作直接完全
不能有gap？

信息，比如title, official email,university/company，research interest，甚至
relative publication之类的。我个人觉得，提供得越详细，editor office把你的信
息放入他们的data base的可能性越大。如果只给我一个名字和邮箱（有些甚至不是官
方邮箱），即使我refer你，就凭一个email，没有任何其他信息，editor office也不
想找你啊。。个人观点，仅供参考：）

本人化工博士刚满五年，预计今年十月毕业。在 nanomaterial (nanomotor,
nanofabrication) 方向有两篇共作文章 （JACS，ACS Nano）和270+ 引用。在
zeolite 和 catalysis （methanol to hydrocarbon）方向有一篇一作文章 （
ChemPhysChem）和多篇一作在准备中。我比较熟悉的领域是 nanomaterial, zeolite
的合成，表征和在 catalysis/biosensing 方面的应用。希望大家如果有会议/期刊的
相关审稿机会可以推荐一下我。之前联系了好多editor，都因为我还没拿到博士学位被
