吧。毕竟大家一路走来不容易，不能因为第一次没有成功就放弃。 但是对我们这些老
CMG来说， 有些现实问题也应该同时考虑，你年青，家里经济来源不愁，你工不工作都
无所谓的， 可能这个plan B的紧迫性没有至少象我这种 CMG 来的要紧， nurse, PA,
clinical lab technician, Clinical research associate, can be all good
options, if you really don't want to work on bench any more , like me,
depending on if you can afford to study another program, or completely
change to different field, like biosta, accounting, certainly your own

先说明不是劝退贴啊。match day一天天临近，越来越感觉今年可能没戏了。如果明年
再试一次也未必会比今年好，很多无法改变的因素比如毕业年限，USMLE分数都摆在那
里，从三月match day结束到九月再申请，除了考step3之外好像也没什么可以改变的了
，该做OB的也做了，connection也不是几个月就能建立的。看到身边有人3年都没有
match上最后又回学校读书转行，实在不想再浪费时间了。当然明年还会再试一次，但
也想同时考虑别的职业，lab是不想再做了，和我情况相似的说说看，大家有PlanB吗？
都有哪些planB呢？

上一直显示没有受到成绩单，推荐信，PS之类的材料，发信问UCLA他们都不回，打电话

also a secondary MS in biomath. I start to apply biosta. job since spring,
however, no positive response at all. Do you think what kind of job might
fit my background? what kind of website you use for job hunting?

One of my friend told me the same thing that Stat is very different from
math, and he is a staff at our biosta division with his MPH.
It's just on the school website about the PHD program, it's usually required
about the math and Stat background, and mine is not strong.
