想换
到BIRTH CENTER去。我的考虑是
1. 我是头胎，不会生太快，去这个BIRTH CENTER和它附近的救急医院大概是15分钟普
通开车，不算救护车。所以时间应该充足。5-1-1后去也不迟。
2. 如果去这个BITH CENTER，我会让3个MIDWIFE 中的其中一个给我接生。到时候我跟
他们任意一个都很熟悉，这样我心里会舒服一些，他们也会对我比较多了解，而医院就
很可能是一个ON CALL的医生来帮我了，而且医院免不了会让实习医生啊护士啊上手的
，我这人比较挑，总想选最好的医生，最好的护士，还是觉得自己认识熟悉的人放心。
沟通也比较方便。
3. BIRTH CENTER是不给麻药的。。但有TUB，我是肯定不会SCHEUDLE ELECTIVE C
SECION的，能自然生肯定自然生。但我也不知道自己忍受痛苦的能力有多大，所以真的
无麻药不知道我会不会晕死过去，但BIRTH CENTER会让我吃东西，可以泡澡，也可以比
较自由一点的在楼道里面乱窜，感觉跟家里一样舒服一点

class的时候有老美问可不可以选择birth center，但是被否定了，因为她属于high
risk，估
计高龄，多胞胎，有妊高，妊糖，胎盘前置等情况的都不建议选择birth center吧。另
外选择birth center可能也有时间限制，比如我在的医院要求如果选择birth center的
话必须34周之前从OB转到midwife那边去，可能是希望产妇在生产之前能和midwife建立
足够的了解和信任。 |

Is the Obama Campaign Hiding Something?

The Barack Obama Campaign has so far refused to release Senator Obama's
birth certificate. This refusal has struck a lot of observers of the
political scene as rather odd. Unlike tax or medical records, a birth
certificate should not have anything embarrassing.
Speculation, naturally, is somewhat rife.

角，标明是state file number，一组在最右下角，没标明是什么。
