，Children's Pepto不是给拉肚子的，Pepto-bismol也不可以给有flu的小孩用。问问

nexium has half life about 1 hour or so and should be out of your system
after 24 hours,
watch your diet, stay away from spicy, greasy food, choclate, coffee and
such, try not to eat 4 hours before you go to bed and keep a couple big
pillows to keep your head elevated, can try pepcid or pepto bismol, both are
over the counter, and wait to see if your GI doctor want to scope you, |

来心如刀割，但是没办法。网上研究了一天列了一个大概的药品list，防止娃在路上和
刚回国的时候生病和出现意想不到的事情，请大家矫正和补充！谢谢！
另外，可能回去以后好几年再来或者以后都不再来了，请大家有时间的话也推荐一些其他的中国买不到的或者美国的相对好的孩子用品。

胃疼一般是胃炎引发的，这种菌叫油门螺旋杆菌，长期引发胃溃疡，然后就是胃癌了。
这种菌在抗生素下就会死，但是容易复发，一般正常人饮食规律自动可以杀死这些细菌
，如果不规律，抵抗力弱，就容易被侵蚀。
所以，你要take it easy，healthy life，多吃蔬菜，celery，
or 吃点医生配的抗生素，每隔半年，1年杀一次。
我说的spinrulina真的也是很好，强烈推荐。 |

不过一定要等8个星期以后，否则很容易夭折
关于拉稀，你可以去兽医那里要一个fecal test的瓶子
然后收集新鲜的bb，拿去化验，可以找出是不是有虫子
然后同时给她煮点白水鸡肉，撕成条，拌点米饭，如果是单纯的肠胃虚弱这个应该能解决
如果是吃坏了肚子，可以喂一点pepto bismol，就半茶匙就可以了
如果是有虫子，那就要兽医开药了 |

但是如果你觉得给人吃的药不安全，就不要试了
