你自己search一下好了，关于这方面的文章多了去了。
Google的问题是，他认为自己above the law，no matter it's chinese law
or american law。而且他特别热衷于介入政治。
他掌握这么多隐私，你确信他不会blackmail政客们？像当初胡佛那样。

意在印度搞制造业？不就是投资环境不好吗。你让中国跟印度学？
苹果八十年代就在美国组装Mac了，全自动生产线。Nokia在德州，Samsung在韩国，一
直有组装厂。现在中国人民币升值，通货膨胀，工人工资提高。美国制造的成本劣势越
来越小。为什么媒体现在抓住富士康的问题围攻Apple？其实就是逼他带头把制造转回

我个人觉得这个是个苹果的策略，不过这总是一个选择。
关键不是苹果能不能出多少钱买这个商标
苹果一直出新产品，出来前后拿到商标的价格将都受到这个案子的影响。
而不是每个产品都会成功，让任何一个没有上市产品花几百万或者上千万买商可能性不
大。
事情越拖其实weiguan的选择越少，他们的律师费月来越多，相对如果银行欠债，利息
是又一重打击。
苹果不是缺钱，而是在利用自己的power 在这个出问题的官司上争取足够多的道理和避
免将来的损失。
这里是商业上的战争，最后拼钱，拼谁能耗的起。

话说Apple这个死也不出大屏幕真是很诡异。
2011年就一直谣传iPhone 4之后是大屏幕iPhone 5，有目击者看到有人在Caltrain上用
，schemetic都leak出来了，做case的厂子都出货了，结果出了个iPhone 4S。不知道是
不是跟Jobs退休，Cook接班有关。
2012年又谣传iPhone 5大屏幕，我在nowhereelse.fr看到leak的iPhone 5外壳的照片，
明显是两种。一种和iPhone 4/4S宽度一样，另一种更宽。我量了一下照片的像素，和
iPhone 4S对比，大概是4.5-4.6寸，16:9。最后出来的是宽度和4S一样的4寸版iPhone
5。
结果三丧就在这两年iPhone坚持不出大屏幕的过程中，靠大屏幕手机撅起了。我强烈怀
疑Cook是三丧的特务，当年做VP Operations的时候主管供应链采购，可能曾经收过三

不利．．
我还想告她不交个人所得，但没有证据，不知道是不是那些只收现金的房东一定都是不
交个人所得税的.好象也不太对的起我的房东.....．而且也不能拿这个威胁,因为就算
是为了正当的原因,那也算BLACKMAIL.
我只想避免她来烦我,上班就够累了,谁能和退了休的人耗的起啊. |
