1.只能购买本公司机票；
2.有效期限制（不得少于1-2年）
除此之外Voucher等同于使用现金。其他限制一律违法。比如800块给你16张50的，每次
只许用一张；有blackout dates；等等。必须有找零，比如我买一张512块钱的机票，
800的voucher就应该剩下288 (800-512)，不能只剩下250 (800-11*50) 或 剩300 (800
-500) 自己再付12现金。
