感谢油工也是实诚人，和我至少没说过一句假话，从他的阅历而言，粗略地概括一下股
民做长期大牛的可行性方案。
1. 一个普通人在股市上呆的连续性时间越长，输的概率是越大的，输钱的数字也是越
宽位数的。所以当你看到谁谁谁10年前就开始炒，中间从不间歇地炒到今天，如果你并
没有感觉此人哪里与众不同，就请多些疑问，少些盲从。
2. 一个人使用的判断方法如果从基本上没有做过质的改变，比如用ta的还是ta,用fa的
还是fa,这期间需要持久甚至不断提高的努力来维持自己的知识体系能够跟得上市场的
快速节奏。
3. TA怎样，我们都是没有发言权的，我相信，操纵者用不用TA，都是有发言权的，，
因为效果足以体现市场的trend是怎样的chaos。
据我所知，油工不信TA。
我知道一个blackstone的人，既不懂ta，也不大懂fa,当然也没有考过什么cfa的，可以
说跟小蜜蜂简直不在一个数量级上，但用他的话来讲，头脑是最好的A，简称BRA。当然
了，他这样嚣张的讲话，显然是建立在他的身份基础上。right! so what ?

Dynegy Inc. (DYN) said Tuesday that one of its subsidiaries has skipped an
interest payment of nearly $44 million on outstanding debt in a move that
could lead to default.
Dynegy Holdings LLC skipped the payment on senior unsecured notes due in
2016 that carry interest of 8.4%, Dynegy said. The company has 30 days
before the missed payment is considered a default on the debt.

Capital about bidding for all of Yahoo, Bloomberg reports, citing “three
people with knowledge of the matter.”

最近一两个月的走势就知道了，像这样的老派蓝筹，庄家能连砸七天盘，跌幅超10%，
然后压住反弹之势再来个年度新低，得是多牛的庄家。（据我分析，可能是BlackStone）

key is to buy(hard to find now) distressed REO/foreclosure inventory
from banks.
it's a volume business with high operational cost.
carry(rent - pmt) varies city by city. For example, in NYC metro area,
it's not easy to find possible carry now. If you buy apt units, there
is extra cost.
