发帖数: 18 | 1 突然被通知要去别的城市工作，结果公寓这边没有60day notice，然后penalty又是两
个月的房租，所以一起下来要4个月的房租，想问问有没有人最近找房子呢啊？！
公寓的地理位置非常好，刚搬过来的时候运气好，拿到了特别好的价格，renew的时候
考虑都没考虑就又签了13个月。。。汗一个。。。结果谁想到renew了没俩月就要搬走
了。。
公寓位置在1604和Blanco的交界处，名字叫Costa Bella，住的是两室两卫最小的那个
floor plan，网上可以看到具体的房间布置，三楼，背对着leasing office那里，不会
被游泳池的噪音骚扰到。
peanlty实在是太昂贵了，所以想试试看sublease出去，如果有兴趣的可以发站内信。
越快越好。谢谢。
不太了解版里潜规则，有问题请指出。
大概位置我解释下，地理位置处于有钱人区的地头，对面super HEB，Lowes，隔壁
Super Target和Whole Foods，还有各种餐厅，Office Depot啥的，非常方便，出了大

早上仍旧是在营地的refugio里吃的早饭，顺便领了头天晚上预定的lunch box。其实只
要里面的三明治就足够了，剩下的一堆饮料、零食、水果什么的又重又不顶事、还占地
方，我还没出发就已经解决了一部分... 开饭的时间都是固定的，所以如果要在他们那
里吃，就没法太早出发。反正我本来也不喜欢早起，甚好。九点半出发的时候，天还是
很阴。没有雨，但厚厚的云层密密的笼罩住周遭的群山，直直的压在我们的营地上方，
只有近处一些不算太高的山峰能看的见顶，远些的都在云里呢。彩虹倒是一直都有，从
八点半起床到九点半出发一直都看得到。彩虹里影影绰绰的有辨识得出的山的轮廓，不
知道是远处的山穿透云雾的真实身影，还是近处的山在云雾中反射的海市蜃楼。
继续昨天的路往前走——Paine大环的路线设计真是不错，营地都在路上，进出营地一

发帖数: 1283 | 15 7/24, 中午到Aspen，还没拿到apartment钥匙，把包放办公室里，换鞋换衣服带水带墨
镜，直奔Aspen mountain而去。Aspen海拔7900 ft，Aspen山顶的ski lift海拔11,200
ft, Aspen mountain road大约5迈的土路，爬升3300尺。在城里的平路上跑起来就马上
感觉大不一样，jogging pace，呼吸象跑tempo一样。到了trail上爬坡时腿都软了，10
分钟之内乳酸堆积就非常厉害，在15％的坡上只能走，走走又跑，跑跑又走，心想这么
陡的破，下来就要废了。爬着爬着发现头顶上的ski lift正在运转，心想太好了，到了
顶上可以乘ski lift下去。爬了一个多小时终于到顶，心想这可能是爬坡最狠的一次了
，虽然只有5迈已经觉得可以call it a day。ski lift的工作人员说, "you hiked up,
you earned it!" 原来乘lift下去是免费的，爽！
6.6 mi/1:37:47, avg pace 14:49.

about to begin. At around the 20 mile mark, we will reach sugarloaf pass
which is over 11,000ft. The actual climb was a lot easier that what I
anticipated. The dirt road was mostly smooth and not technical. It was
practically flat by the mountain running standard. I couldn't understand why
everyone around me was walking. I was thinking, if you walk here, how would

weeks before a 100-miler, and you will risk a DNF in the 100 miler. Caballo
Blanco did a 40-mile training run two weeks before Leadville this year, and
ended up with a DNF at Leadville. |

would reduce the mystique of the photo to the general public - they want the
cover photo to look like a lone primitive tribal runner. It's a sad
marketing gimmick. Caballo himself is upset about it, but it's not like he'd
sue the publisher.

无意开电视,但是竟然看到了久违的现场直播足球赛!美国对墨西哥,就是友谊赛,但是老墨
的解说一个字也听不懂. :-(
总的感觉就是老墨的技术比美国佬强太多了,而且超级喜欢在禁区前面短传,从左面慢慢传
到右面,没有机会就再传回来.好象争胜的欲望不是很强呀,不知道是不是友谊赛的缘故.
老美们的身体很强壮,估计平均身高比对方要高至少10cm,但是技术就糙得很乐.他们的
长处就是体力比较好,速度也比较快,喜欢在禁区外面稍歪一点儿的地方向里面直传,然后
前锋就拼命追呀追,大多数情况下被破坏掉,但是上半场快结束的时候就用这样的办法进乐
一个,虽然被判越位,但是偶看还算漂亮.最后比分0:0.无趣. :-(
人员方面,老美好象没有什么太新的人,McBride(就是进球了的那个)还在,估计回去查
一下Fifa2000的美国队名单就能把昨天的上场阵容拼出一大半来.倒是老墨的队员有很多
不认识,那个啥Bravo是不是很有名?(年世界杯木有看他们的比赛,sigh).还有很多
看比赛的观众挥舞着10号Blanco的球衣.看得出 |
