就是miracle blanket - baby swaddle blanket
这个的好处就是手不容易挣脱出来。
我家是自己入睡，但是到了浅睡眠会不停的动，如果手出来，那是肯定不能自己睡回去
了。
用了这个miracle blanket好很多。
前两天，改用swaddle me，改用睡袋+大的blanket裹，结果一夜醒好几次
昨天换回miracle blanket，就一觉7:30-5:30。中间2点多我知道他在动，但还是自己
睡回去了。
如果有吃奶不错，但夜里老醒的宝宝，也许可以试试。
我没用过aden & anais，所以没比较。
唯一的concern就是这个miracle blanket已经嫌小了，会不会影响宝宝的手臂发育。 |

孩子的独立能力，一方面你也可以腾出手做些自己的事和家务。Babywise这本书中推荐
的blanket time我觉得是个好方法，开始训练起来可能比较辛苦，但是一旦成功你就可

终于能睡上长觉了。
我们前天晚上开始给他用miracle blanket,不知是这个blanket带来的miracle,还是他
自己刚好那天自我调节的结果。我想前者居多吧。可惜这个blanket买来就短了，准备
给他改改长用。
宝贝是个天使宝宝，晚上睡觉不用哄睡，且一直都在自我调节进步：
从一出生的随时醒来到 10:00pm --> 2:30am --> 4:00am，晚上用receiving blanket,
不把手包进去。这个模式维持了很久。
6个星期时 10:00pm --> 3:30am -> 4:30am-5:00am,晚上把手包进去马上就多睡了一个
小时。这个模式也维持了很久。
10个星期时 9:00pm --> 3:30am --> 4:30am-5:00am
11个星期时 9:00pm --> 4:30am，期间宝贝从主卧室的portable crib 换到了他自己房
间的他白天一直用的crib。他好象更喜欢他的大crib.大crib上有mobile,他睡觉前喜欢

发帖数: 2042 | 24 bath cloth就是洗澡了之后包娃娃的，我觉得你可以买那种带个帽子的方形浴巾，不用
买浴袍，浴袍也用不了多久。swaddle blanket, receiving blanket都是给孩子打包用
的，receiving blanket一般都是30x30的方形毯子，孩子小时候打包可以，稍微大一点
，2个多月可能就包不住了，但是将来可以给孩子盖盖肚子之类，基本你买个4条就够了
。swaddle blanket有的是做好的直接swaddle的那种，有的也是方形，大小不同而已。
security blanket是孩子大一点之后，让抱怀里，当毛绒玩具那种，起个产生安全感的
作用，有的小孩子喜欢，有的不喜欢。我建议你如果要买，买俩一样的，千万别买不一
样的。
其实我觉得这些毯子不一定都要备齐，当然你都买了心里踏实。但是等用的时候再买也
一样。好多毯子的功能其实类似，就是有的设计的更fancy一些。 |

swaddle blanket是睡觉时包裹起来的，有的娃没有swaddle blanket包裹是很难睡踏实
的，例如俺家的，receiving blanket尽量买大尺码的，质地厚实一点的，如果生下来
的娃小可以暂时替代swaddle,用处很杂，很实用，自己慢慢发掘吧，其他的觉得有用再
买也行 |

go up and ordered home care nurse. They brought a phototherapy blanket

的。之前看到有不少妈妈们在权衡两个人坐月子的可行性，我来分享一点经验教训哈。
背景：本来我们也是打算请老妈过来的，头胎没什么经验，有妈妈在身边助阵到底有底
气，而且老妈做的菜那叫一个好吃啊。结果老妈在来前两周检查出肺癌。她老人家对自
己的病倒是不放在心上，只是着急我月子没人照顾。公婆方面以前没长期相处过，生活
习惯很不一样。我又因为妈妈的病情绪不稳定，前十个月完全没有的mood swing现在全
来了，基本天天哭鼻子。根据身边朋友的建议以及版上看了过来人的经验觉得没必要这
时候冒险，要是闹了矛盾得不偿失。月嫂则根本连想都没想，总觉得家里多个陌生人不
自在。LD很尊重我的想法，觉得我俩都年轻，五月又正好学期结束都不用上班，完全可
以尝试自己坐月子。所以我们就跟老妈拍了胸脯，然后基本毫无心理准备地开始了月子
和伺候月子的坎坷之路～～～～～
插播一下：我虽然顺产，但是因为产后高血压在医院住了三天。现在想想那三天实在太
爽了。吃喝不愁，想睡就睡。宝宝扔给护士，只有喂奶的时候才装模作样的拿过来玩一

，所以也就是builder）根据master deed条款外墙还有屋顶之类的是直接要求相应的户
主上保险 （户主拥有整个box），所以HOA只有liability。即使lender认可master
deed的要求但是还是要求blanket insurance，所以就卡在这里了无法close。
因为是一个很小的townhome，所以blanket insurance也没多少钱。能不能就要求
builder先买一年满足lender的要求close，之后在转换成master deed要求的liability
only（户主的保险会cover那部分）？mortgage 还款期间lender还会查每年保险的情
况么？

现在我已经打定主意了：
在医院都是blanket打包，坐车回家穿一个好看的，（他爹买的，有点大，而且厚，但
为了意义重大的回家拍照）
回家以后改成侧开口上衣+尿布光腿，重点是小心碰到脐带，或者blanket包起来，看他
怎么舒服吧。
我们这儿夏天很热。。生了尽量透气比较好。过来人跟我说一天要3件换洗，要是你想
多准备，就往0-3买。最节约省事办法还是blanket.

就是婴儿配方奶粉了. 因为一直决定母乳喂养，这个research作得最少. 只知道好几种
畅销品牌，比如similac，Enfamil，nestle，gerber，etc. 其实各种牌子，差别应该
不大，都是按指标配出来的么. 每种牌子还有不同的细类. 可能还分不同的stage，给
年龄不一的小宝吃.
奶粉先不买呢. 去它们厂家的网站注册，会收到样品. 医院应该也有样品. 够用一阵子
了. Research我以后用得着再作吧. 现在能懒一点是一点拉.
不过记得从哪儿看来过一条有用信息，说是一个宝宝本来喝similac的，后来便秘拉，
换Enfamil就好了. 所以我暂时倾向Enfamil现在.
VI．Diapers and related:
1．Diapers:
纸尿裤是也. 不同大小的宝宝用不同size的尿裤: newborn，1，1-2，3，4,…每种尿裤
都标明了适用于多重的宝宝. Newborn的是给刚出生的宝宝用的,比别的size都贵.一般
医院会送一些.然后看不同宝宝的长势需要几十到100多片不等. 尽管1号的也可以给新

的在gap买的receiving blanket，就是标准尺寸那种，比较薄。
可是这个太短了。想买一个同样厚度，但是比较大的blanket，不知道哪里有得买。那
些配crib的bedding set带的被子太厚了。 |
