从美国房地产开始进入复苏阶段来看，美国经济这一轮上升周期至少还有四年。房地产
复苏的第一波受益者，在金融业里，是专注放贷的商业银行WFC, USB, BAC,在实业里是
建筑业，建筑机械，卡车，接下来是因为购房带动的消费服务业和装潢，家具，电器电
子等轻工业。最后所有这些都会创造很多商业并购，分拆，大规模融资的deal，有投资
银行业务的，如JPM, MS, GS会大大受益。而GS又是投行绝对的No1.虽然，由于显然的
原因，金融业整体未必能再达到08年前的繁荣，但投行里GS的对手Lehman, Bear
stearn 都不存在了，所以在这一波景气复苏中反而可能赚得更多。

此多说两句一家之言。
一部电影是由很多镜头连在一起组成的，但是这并不意味着一部电影的影响就应该被局
限在主线情节的镜头里，有时候主线镜头之外的东西其实也是导演的有意安排，即所谓
弦外之音。比如常见的黑帮电影就经常使用地下非法的东西来隐喻地上合法的东西。《
The Godfather》里面，观众眼前的黑道血肉横飞却也有情有义，反衬的是背景里政府
商界的冠冕堂皇但是冷酷无情。
Martin Scorsese作为老导演是比较喜欢这种手法的。比如他在早些的《Taxi Driver》
里面用对一个性格极端的个人的异化过程的描述来反衬现代社会近乎绝望的人际冷漠。
《Gangs of New York》里纽约黑帮的打打杀杀的后面，弦外之音其实是所谓白道的警
察的阴狠贪婪，和政府赤裸裸的自私和猥琐（比如从欧洲刚刚抵达新大陆的移民从船上

们这些投资者一帮猴精都撤回资金准备逃了，sell in May了，不带这么玩的。白老大
说了，我要pump全世界经济形势，看好欧洲，澳洲，加拿大那里也不错。你们资金都给
我回来，该去哪去哪，不知道去哪就去中国。
2，中国股事下半年很可能要彪，通货膨胀目前还不是问题，我们要继续吹大中国，以
及金砖四国。听清楚了，我黑老大说了，中国股市是会发狂的彪的。
3，世界经济复苏，要源于中国。为了让中国发狂的彪，我黑老大准备直接在中国设办
事处，用人民币来炒。你们有数的也都来一起炒，我都这么做了，你们还不放心么？
