should neogoiate with insurance company. You are doing their work and also
getting no where.
you should talk to a patient advocate - i blieve every hospital has it. Just
search on the hospital website to find the patient advocate information. if
you can't, call front desk to find out.

I recall that Cell editor told us in a talk that only 1/7 manuscript was
send out for review and 1/3 is likely to be published. Then Cell Met.
editor said that they review 2-3 manuscript per day. Mole. Cell editor was
talking about once only 1/30 could be send out for review. I am not sure
how true that is. I do not care because the accept rate does not mean
anything.
