一直用skype out 打中国电话。但最近有些号码在有些时断怎么也打不通。Google了一
下，有人说是中国电信在试验

項目官員將進行密集的調查，以判定攔截失敗的原因。」
美國導彈防禦局發言人勒納表示，這個攔截導彈是作為部署在歐洲的導彈防禦系統第二
階段的一部分而開發的。他透露，新型SM-3攔截器追逐和操縱性能得以改善。
美國總統奧巴馬上任後，將布殊總統定下的受到俄羅斯強烈反對的在東歐部署陸基導彈

主的策略。只要智商正常的成年人都会明白这个道理。亚裔现在大部分都投民主党，却
不被重视，鼓吹亚裔全部投民主党，对亚裔展示力量一点好处都没有。某些组织和某些
人，口口声声为亚裔利益考虑，要我们都投民主党，其实连这很浅显的道理都“不懂”

利投票群，希望能通过out for

那个隧道前因为车流量太大, 很多时候警察没有办法一个一个去开moving ticket或者
扣分, 因为blocking的人太多, 有时候一下子就3,4辆一起处罚, 为了快点开罚单, 他
们一般就用parking ticket, 因为不需要查你的具体信息, 只要看车的信息就行.
一般都是115刀, 去nyc.gov/finance可以dispute, 也可以减免一部分, 然后付款. |

闹半天才知道原来那个cc买东西多了被临时block。
关键是，paypal在没有attemp to charge cc之前就知道cc被block了，自动取消了from
checkings的选项；打电话给cc 解冻之后，funding resource第一项又变成checkings
