风的危险。研究发现每日喝一定量的西瓜汁可以使高血压病人的血压下降[注]。
英国有160万人患有高血压，使心梗和中风的死亡率双倍地增加。英国人每年死于心梗
和中风者达6万以上。
一氧化氮是能使血管内皮扩张的重要物质，西瓜种的L-瓜氨酸可以使血液中的一氧化氮
含量明显增加。美国科学家给患高血压的自愿者每日6克从西瓜种提取出的L-瓜氨酸。6
星期后，9名受试者的血压均有下降，而且无副作用。但是如果是吃西瓜，大约一个半
西瓜才可达到这种治疗剂量。
佛罗里达州立大学的Arturo Figueroa博士说：这项研究说明保健食品有扩血管作用，
有一些食物可以防止高血压的发生，从而避免心梗和中风。虽然研究刚刚开始，结果令
人鼓舞，为今后在更多的人群中研究打下了坚实的基础。
研究人员之一Bahram Arjmandi教授说：所谓保健食品是指那些能促进健康、或防止疾
病、或多或少含有内在营养成分的食物。

1997年1月逝世。设施配管1级技士，核电事故调查国民会议顾问，核电劳工救济中
心代表，北陆电力志贺核电厂停止诉讼原告特别辅佐人，东北电力女川核电停止诉讼原
告特别辅佐人，福岛二号核电厂三号机运转停止诉讼原告证人。「核电劳工救济中心代
表」在他仙逝后，因后继无人关闭
