否则就说exceed了，再一个试了一下给别的信用卡都能付钱，给citi的付钱时候最后
那个preview点不了。。。大家试过的汇报一下呗~ |

I figured it out yesterday when I got the problem.
Change your payee name, don't use digits in the name,
for example, your payee's name was citidiv8864, change
it to citidiveighteightsixfour, and you will be able to
do something after you click Review. :P

试试重新到payee的网站上查看官方地址copy过去。 |

个是 CitiBank，今天无意中发现 AMEX 的付款还没到帐，再查 CitiBank 帐号，
Bulebird 把两个 Payments 都付给了 CitiBank！
我帐号里的 Transaction History 到现在都还清楚显示两笔付款，一笔付给了 AMEX，
一笔付给了 CitiBank，打电话给 Bulebird，客服那边看到的也是一样，无法跟我解释
原因，说他唯一能做的是 File Dispute，把多付给 CitiBank 那笔钱要回来。。。
操作界面的一堆乱七八糟的 Bugs 就不说了，最起码你别把 BillPay 都搞错啊，这蓝
鸟实在是太烂了！ |

就已经算新的一天了。walmart一般都是晚上十点关门，所以可以晚上8点50左右去充
1000，然后等9点以后再充1000。省一次trip~ |
