球研究与创新论坛。世卫组织总干事谭德塞（Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus）呼吁各国
不论国界和意识形态团结合作，将挽救生命放在发布论文、申请专利和谋取利益之上。
在2月11日的论坛开幕式上，谭德塞指出：“现在最重要的不是发表文章、申请专
利和谋取利益，最重要的是遏止新冠病毒疫情和挽救生命。”他对现场的国际专家说：
“在你们的支持下，这是我们能够一起达成的。”
谭德塞在这场旨在推进新冠病毒疫情检测、治疗和预防技术方案的会议中称，很难
