检查根本就没有你说的这些功能，而且它们有可能给你带来伤害
比如癌症筛查检查都是针对特定人群，比如年龄超过多少岁或者重度吸烟，即使这样能
把这部分
人群的长期死亡率降低百分之十几就已经是公共卫生层面的重大突破了，目前只有肺癌
、乳腺癌、宫颈癌、结直肠癌有证实比较有效的筛查方法，胃癌和前列腺癌还有争议，
某些特殊高危人群要具体问题具体分析
统计学有一个概念叫阳性预测值，详细解释可能一页纸也写不下，简单来讲一个检查给
你带来假阳性的风险不仅和检查本身有关，和被检查者的健康状况同样相关，你没有任
何不舒服、危险因素而且也很年轻，那么同样的检查在你身上就更容易出现假阳性结果
（听起来很难理解吧，希望你是理科生，这其中是一个类似先验概率和后验概率的问题
）。更复杂的概念比如Overdiagnosis以及Incidentaloma、lead-time bias、length
time bias就更是一言难尽了。总之目前医学专业领域对疾病预防的理解和认识和老百
姓们凭常识想象的是大相庭径的

刚看了《哈利波特7上》，无聊的在PubMed里面用"Harry Potter"做关键词搜索文献，
得到32篇文献，居然还有发在Nature上的文章两篇 还有其他牛文若干篇。灰常的欢乐。

发帖数: 739 | 37 补充一下correlation的误用。生物试验或医学研究里经常会有这种情况：同一SUBJECT
（人，老鼠或者well of 细胞)在N条件下重复测定同一种东西。比如膜片钳做例子通道
，在同一膜片上梯度增加某种离子浓度，然后看通道电流的变化，如此做N个膜片，然
后想看电流跟离子浓度是否相关。如果用一般的回归或ANOVA方法求r是错误的。这里需
要区分WITHIN SUBJECT effect 和 between subject effect。 两者回答的问题是不同
的。有兴趣的请参见：

是 Pseudo-positive。Pubmed 现在能搜到的含有 Harry Potter 的文章一共三十二篇
，全部贴在这里了，基本上都是在摘要或者标题里提到 Harry Potter 的。这也是
fans 多的表现吧。

为是HBV持续感染的关键因素。从结果来看cccDNA的形成时间与HBV蛋白、RNA和DNA相比
比较早，尤其量很高。其实对于HBV来说哪怕是CMV启动的HBV（比如pCMV-HBV）cccDNA
的量都是很低的，更不要说是自身启动子启动的了。在NTCP介导的HBV复制水平整体很
低的情况下，具有高水平的cccDNA形成，让人怀疑作者检测到的cccDNA是否是真的
cccDNA，所以作者必须证明他们所指示的条带是真的是cccDNA，必须用EcoRI酶切（
cccDNA能被EcoRI线性化）和加热煮沸cccDNA（沸腾后不会被解成单链）来确证，同时

40 yrs old is relatively young. It is advisable to rule out 2nd cause of HTN
in renal aspect and endocrine aspect.
Social history/surgical history---cigarette smoking? Acute pain, or recent
