在讨论抽象的法律关系问题之前，先看看现实中体验到的省政府和联邦政府权力管辖范围。这里讲一个笔者亲身经历的事例。那年在美国要去加拿大，就跑到加拿大纽约领事馆申请签证。申请表填好了，结果领事馆官员说我需要的签证领事馆不能办，得到相隔两个街区的魁北克省办事处办理，原因是我对目的地是魁北克省。即魁北克省有一定的移民和入境权限没有交给联邦政府。
话说1867年英属北美法案（BNA）奠定了加拿大国家的雏形。其形式上加拿大是联邦政府，是英国海外自治领地（Dominion）之一。加拿大总督是女皇的代表。总督对于加拿大有如公司法人对于公司一样，许多国事文件要这个法人签字才能生效。BNA保留了英帝国对加拿大立法的否决权，即加拿大国会立法，必须由英国君主或其委托的总督签字才能生效，但是，英国基本没有使用这个否决权力，即女皇只是一个橡皮图章，它对加拿大决定的事基本不过问。自1867年BNA在英国国会通过后，英国只在1873年否决过一个明显违宪的 |

法那更是年年出新花样。 所以你可能需要做点功课bring yourself up to speed。
CPA考了吗？ 没考就花半年的时间把它搞定。 复习更新知识，又抓眼球。
以前上的MSA？ 考虑再上个MST？ visa versa。
MS office， ProSys， GoSys， BNA，Checkpoint， QuickBooks会用么？不会就学一
下。 放在简历上会很管用的。
accounting这行门坎很底， 中国人最主要的问题是找不到支持身份的。 你没有这个问
