台积电20nm良率已达50%，高于苹果要求

台积电(2330)20奈米已正式量产，惟市场仍出现不少杂音，除三星瓜分订单传言不断，
研究机构Susquehanna Financial Group也出具最新预估数字，指出台积电(2330)已将
20奈米晶圆产能下修了10%。惟外资BNP(法国巴黎证券)出具最新报告指出，台积20奈米
良率已经迅速拉升到50%，高于苹果对A8处理器要求的30~40%良率。整体而言，BNP对台
积维持正向看法，除对台积续喊买进(Buy)外，并将台积目标价从125元升至135元。
BNP指出，台积20奈米已在1月下旬、于南科的Fab 14正式投片量产，而即使在上个
月台积于20奈米量产上遭遇了些许问题，不过经由选择另一种不同的研磨液(slurry)，
台积已顺利解决了在CMP(化学机械平坦化)制程的挑战，台积的20奈米制程良率，也一

最近一位有炫富習慣的女子開車進紫禁城自拍，在大陸引起輿論上的熱烈討論。當然在
市場經濟私有財產制度之下，炫耀自己的財富以及其所帶來的特殊待遇可以是合法的，
這裏的關鍵在於讓非公務車開進一級古跡是否屬於財富應該帶來的特殊待遇之一，所以
背後的責任明顯歸於故宮的管理階層。事後故宮人員居然還辯解說當天辦私展賺錢是前
任院長的決定；這就是典型的狡辯術，因爲問題不在於辦私展與否而在於特權的範疇大
小，所以他們純屬移花接木、轉移話題。這一點我在《常見的狡辯術》一文中已經詳細

费。意大利就不知道了，应该有bnp或者deutsche分号吧？ |
