Reading the other thread, people recommended a good grinder as it's a quite
integral part of a good cup of coffee. This is probably one of the cheaper "
good" grinders as far as I can tell.
Might wanna jump on it though. The price has been fluctuating daily.

豆子：illy的medium roast
步骤：烧水，同时等着快开了开始磨豆子，磨好了水刚好烧开，咖啡和水都倒进法压壶
，盖好等4分半，杯子里加牛奶和糖，倒入咖啡。
感觉能闻到咖啡的香味，但是就是感觉没星巴克的浓和丝滑，莫非是syrup的原因？还
是必须搞个expresso的机器？

12吋的没用过，14吋的很沉而且很难找到足够大的sink洗它。请三思。 |

发帖数: 757 | 36 各种各样的锅都用过了， 最终还是回到了铁锅。
有钱呢， 就买那两种贵的， Le Creuset 或者 staub, 我在用le, 但是据说staub好一
点。锅买到后呢， 你要做一下上油，就是seasoning, 说明书上有方法。 然后呢， 个
把月做一次。 注意一点，绝对不要用洗洁精，温水加刷子就行。 而且铁锅是年代越久
越不沾。
手头紧呢，就买lodge pro logic/lodge logic, Bodum Chambord, 我家里好几个平底
锅。
还有一个好处呢，起油锅的时候， 菜倒下去温度保持得比较好，不会让锅的温度一下
子降下来，会做菜的自然知道。这个是其他锅无法比的。
坏处呢， 我的锅死沉，别想单手翻锅了。
BTW，小于14寸的还是别买的好，家里人多的话，16寸的也可以。

着这样的话放在这种平的electric oven top上是不是不很好预热起来，不过想想，电
蚊香式的那种应该也差不多吧？我看了说明书了，里面说预热时间确实要比较长，不过
散热慢，而且整个锅能够热得比较均衡。等多试几次以后上来汇报吧。谢谢mm！
