发帖数: 10701 | 1 近一个月没有打过course，前天回来碰了一点点球杆，周五上了天班，下班就回家睡觉
直到凌晨2点。
上网，看书，看电视，于6点接到同事来电说要去打GOLF.
那时刚躺下还想睡会呢。
去就去吧，没有热身。站在tee box前，感觉那个不一样呀，真有些第一打golf的样子。
于是第一个tee shot就OB. 以double bogery结束第一par 5.
却没想，自此stay fire。birdied第2个396 yards par 4, 然后2个pars in a row,
bogery一个par3, 接下来 double, 在par, par, 以4 over结束前9洞。
第2个double-bogery也发生在par5上。我和同事第一次在这个river lake golf course
打球，他对周围的房子非常感兴趣，也有一懂open house。他就取了个flyer, 上书
3340 sqt, 4 bed/ 3 bath, 3 garage，开价$1.1M. 他说要和他老婆商量把自己家的$
2M house卖掉，到这里买一幢。

The first 9 holes, I got 53, just like my previous score. But I got 2 pars.
The tee 1 and tee2 costs me too many stokes. I can't even mention it.
The last 9 holes, I got 39, two double bogeries, 2 pars, all of rest are
bogery. lahlah~~~
What I improved dramatically is my driver. Even though it doesn't go that far,
just keep at around 210 yards, it is enough. So I use it for several par3
holes (200 yards), which never made me disappointed today.

I spent lots of time on golf, and also practice a lot. I say, i go to driving
range
everyday and play the course in the weekend.
I know I am getting better. However, seems the result doesn't show that.
Actually, I am really frusturated today, just finished the 18 holes. (I
finished 16 ,it was too dark to see anything.)
I always say, par is best, bogery is o.k.for most holes, double-bogery is
acceptable for 2-3 holes. triple definitely |

就看见其在16洞的沙坑大颠覆，把优势丧失殆尽。
Woods在17洞的bogery彻底宣布与冠军无缘。

I hit history low today. 83 for par 67 course.
I used 3 and 4 irons for all of tee shots.
Let me readuce some double bogeries to zero.

Alright, let me report what I did today.
Stonybrook golf club, one of top 25 courses in Orlando.
Member tee: 6221, 70.3/128
I hit 89/72. 6 pars, 9 bogeries, and 1 double-b, 2 triple-b.
Yes, I played the same course yesterday. I got 93.The main difference was that
I played with my partner, the best players of my gangs. and he got 84, which
is not his normal score. And he is a 3-4 handicap player.
What I learnt yesterday was

发帖数: 10701 | 9 victoria lake, 9 holes course, 据说是仿照2006 u.s. open的course新建的，尚未
完工另外9 hole.
3250 yards, par 35, rated/slope: 36/138 something
前5个holes, 100% G.I.R. , even after 5 holes. 剩下就噩梦开始了，bogery,
double, triple ,然后就是。。。double.
结论：想要个好点的成绩，不能象我这样背了近30lbs的包walking了。
不过，两个300 yards的driving (hole #1, 569 yards par5, 260 yards left after
tee shot), and hole #8, 400 yards par 4, 100 yards left after tee shot)，和1
个birdie，2个从洞中旋转一圈又滚出来的几乎birdies还是很让我兴奋的。 |

发帖数: 10701 | 10 Finally, played the Avery Ranch golf course.
Started at 5:30pm, and finished the #18 at around 8pm, totally 2 hours
and 30 mins.
Tee off from the back tee, actually, they didn't put the real back tee
at the tee box. So it's a par 72 6580 yards golf course with 3450 yards
front 9 and 3120 yards back 9, and 71.9/133 of rating/slope.
Unfair, isn't it?
hit 12/14 fairway, 6 green in regulation, 28 putts totally, 1 birdie,
2 double-bogery and bounches of bogeys, and a total of 82, +5 through front
