Lunch: 2 yellow corns + 2 sesame balls + 2 tea boiled eggs - 600
Dinner: 1 cup of stir-fried veggies + 2 bites of pizza + 1 roasted pork feet + 5 small pieces of pork meats + 1/4 cup of mango - 500
Total: 1450
Exercise : not really
Target:
No late-night snacking (excellent. already need to remind myself that feeling hungry means it's working)
1200 (bad. 250 over the daily calory limit)

taste.

大岛面积不大,岛中央的最高峰却有4200多米高;从Hilo穿着短袖的海边到Mauna Kea
裹着羽绒服的山顶,连接4200米海拔落差的是不过80公里的公路,直线距离还要更短。
Hilo常年阴雨,周边水量充沛、植被茂盛。城里最多的就是榕树,旅馆最集中的那条路
就是“榕树街”(Banyan Dr.)。路的两侧整齐的种着两排榕树,每一个前面都有记录名
字和生辰的牌子。
我的老家在榕城,小时候印象里的榕树和大岛街头看到的不太一样。这里的榕树感觉更
纤细些,主干像是一大把细竿子笼在一处的;而我印象里老家榕树的树干都是特别粗的
一根,和别的树没什么两样。这里的榕树也年轻,一般都是七、八十年的,不像我老家
的动辄两、三百年。外形上的区别不知道是品种还是年龄的原因,也许这些气生根都还
太年轻,假以时日就能长成一个粗树干了?
降水多,地势又不平坦,自然瀑布也多。沿着Waianuenue Ave.往西经过的第一个瀑布
是rainbow falls。顾名思义,天好的早上是有机会在瀑布腾起的水雾里看到彩虹的,
不过我去的那天没看到。瀑布的后面是个火山灰洞穴,似乎是local某个神仙他们家。

Ingredients:
- Flowers / Petals: Rose, Jasmine, Rosemary, Lavender, Chamomile, Marigold,
Hibiscus. (either of them or a mix of all or any)
- Boiling water
Method:
Put the petals in a bowl and cover them with boiling water to immerse the petals. Let stand for whole night. Strain and

之前因为离家近所以一直去monterey park那家~
Arcadia这家一试之下相当不错~
一是大,二是干净的多~
还有就是感觉料给的比较多~
尤其是饮料,是那种seal好的,一般茶店大杯的那种,不像monterey park那家用塑料
杯装~
缺点就是人比较多,很多时候需要等位~

值得一看,他自己是用D800E和E-M1的,各种对比也很实在。 如果要对比A7R的AF的话
,和E-M1比较,那么按1-10 scale来说:
对焦速度:Oly 10, A7R 6
对焦精度:Oly 9, A7R 6
追焦: Oly 7, A7R 5
