前日谈到伤心岭，有人企图把伤心岭失守的责任推到换防的志愿军68军204师头上。事
实上，伤心岭的三个主要高地，有两个完全是人民军失守的，最后一个高地，851高地
，据美军战史，是人民军和志愿军联合防御最后失守的，但是我能够找到的志愿军和人
民军的战史都没有提851高地上还有志愿军的事情。
68军204师所防御的地段，是伤心岭以西的阵地，伤心岭是人民军第2军团在防守。204
师奉命提前接收人民军第5军团的阵地，结果在接防过程中，正好赶上美军进行朝鲜战
争里最大规模的坦克作战，守备伤心岭以西的文登里的志愿军610团促不及防，一时陷
入被动，伤亡也很大。但是志愿军及时组织了反坦克大队，集中反坦克兵器打美军坦克
，根据WIKI资料，一共击毁击伤坦克28辆，可以算是解放军历史上最大的反坦克战了。
根据卫勤资料，204师伤亡3000多人，可见战斗的残酷。

Responding to Rejection

Maybe it's just the rhythms of the semester, but many of you seem to be down
in the dumps. I've been hearing from lots of people who are frustrated by
cranky colleagues' comments, demoralized by rejected manuscripts and grant
proposals, and tired of students' unending complaints. With so much
