成本比A/B高。 但现在已经用在有些中低端的HT Receiver了。
曾经测过几台早期先锋Elite 和Sony ES的Class D HT receivers。 虽然输出端已有LC
滤波， 但音频上仍叠加有不小的几百KHz锯齿波。 理论上讲喇叭线圈也是滤波器的一
部分， 而且人耳听不到几百KHz信号。 但音质确实不太好。 在参数指标上， Class D
的失真一般比A/B要高。 |

contingency. It is commitment date and he has not got the commitment letter
from the lender yet.
Here is my suggestion:
1. Talk to your lender/broker to find out what is missing;
2. What's the ETA that you could get the commitment letter;
Then share this information with seller agent and ask for extension.
Even if they have back up offer and there is still a lot of risk for seller
if they let the house BOM.

基本上，不靠谱。
先说说美国的CM为什么贵。
第一个，是设备。
电子装配不是在家里地下室能干的。
虽然不比药厂，但是起码的密封性，ESD，ML
都要。然后各种检测设备，维修设备，这
是个无底洞，必须不断投入。如果产线跑不起来，
你会死得很难看。要产线跑起来，就必须有
足够订单。你接的都是小单子就会发现要满足
各种需求，你就需要各种设备。这块投资要收回
就决定了你绝对不能卖便宜了。
第二个，是人工。
其实对电子装配来说，产线的人工还是其次。
关键是工程师和技术员。
要保证产线始终在跑，需要非常有经验的这两种人。
这样的人美国现在不多了。大批产线外移发生在
15到20年以前。当时淘汰下来的人，早转行了。
剩下的人才，一是价高，二是你根本
找不到。而没有这样的人才，你成品率就上不去。
那么，一个是你成本会高，二你完不成订单，别人就再
不会找你了。
第三个，是库存。CM固然可以让客户采购BOM。
但是接小客户就要有作全套的准备。你会发现特殊值
的电阻电容并非市场上随时可以买到。你一报价
比别人交货晚2个月，你再便宜别人也不会找你的。

1. 智商不好说，也许很高。尤其是横跨物理层，MAC和协议层的科研，并且还懂电磁辐

高端市场现在基本是iphone.手机没有中段市场。
低端smartphone慢慢会代替feature phone，这个是市场最大，利润最高的一块。虽然
margin很低。 当年MTK就是赢在这一块，现在MTK也是输在这一块。。。
原因就是100$的smartphone....BOM必须在25-40左右，去掉电池，LCD,板子，天线等等
，AP+BP芯片必须在10左右,想想吧，有哪个公司能够推出这种低价BP+AP两块芯片的方
案？我还没说WiFi,Bluetooth等等外色芯片。。。。Tegra在这个市场上基本没戏。只
有高度集成的SoC (= AP+BP+PM+RF) 才会有利润。。。。
今年对MTK很重要，生死存亡啊。。。

现在差不多Samsung 1/3的手机用BRCM的， MRVL只有TD.
但是今年BRCM丢了一些Samsung的单子，另外加上STE倒掉，所以SAMSUNG放了一些单给
MRVL (W网），另外Samsung想大举进入pad市场，打败Kindle,所以今年投入比较多
model, MRVL拿到了Tab3 7寸单子，用的是986 wifi， 现在costco能卖到。
接下来是986 W网版本,正在美国各个网络certify.过了以后就会进入市场。
