Transportation is when it comes to passenger rail service and offer
additional insight into why this nation is heading towards bankruptcy.

就算美国的名校EMBA不少project都是老总吩咐下属搞定的，因为他们实在太忙，EMBA
的本意就是让这些人互相network, 根本没有人在意到底他们怎么挣这个“学位“，因
为本来就是企业赞助给钱，属于boondoggle的一部分。这些被组织培养的人，好像习大
阿哥一样，拿法学博士/EMBA，是他们已经具有一定成就的结果，不是原因。
这个跟伪造日本学历进入微软的唐同学完全不同性质，要不是伪造学历，他没法迈出事
业上的第一步，所以伪造学历是他成就的原因，不是结果。 |

比如Los Gatos都有不少affordable housing给家庭年收入10万以下的，你不会认为
Pleasanton档次比Los Gatos更高吧？低收入里面有好几档呢。
好多低收入都是公仆的boondoggle, 外面真正的低收入根本不能进入，必须某些公仆职
业如教师、警察类才能qualify. |

的不是那个affordability的percentage，而是能afford的人口数和房子总数的比例。
这里看百分比是没有多大意义的。只要还有人能买得起还愿意买，即使affordability
只有15%又如何呢？
