poker action around east coast now. The 2-5 and 5-10 tables are only behind
Borgata , even ahead of Foxwood!
It seems it is a new poker center in East coast and tons of rich ppl

I was playing in a local poker club for almost half a year. The game is $1/$
3 with unlimited straddle and sleeper. It is at the similar level as $2/$5
in Borgata. Preflop bet is usually $15 to $25.
Last nite, there were 9 ppl. I played with most of them before. Half of the
players is LAG. 1/2 of these LAGs can bet/call/raise with any two cards
preflop.
Villain is super aggressive. Lots of cbets and many bluffings.

The table is LAG and only 2 tight players including another chinese guy.
He was up huge to 8K, flat called top set twice in turned flush and clear A

发帖数: 15860 | 14 关于hourly rate这个问题，俺做过一点研究，觉得长期还是挺难的。
要说起来1/2NL $15/hr，2/5NL $35/hr这样的不错战绩，听起来好象真的“偏低”，在
座各位随便几个小时千八百的sessions比比皆是，2+2上面也很多。可是实际中恐怕真
的不多。
可能有人会说，比如1/2NL玩得更好的都去打2/5了，这个确实有很大可能，那2/5最好
的呢？打5/10去了？置顶的那个live赌场桌子查询帖，全美国东海岸(西边俺不敢妄言)
就今天现在这个点，总共加起来不到10张桌子(包括foxwoods, borgata这样的大赌场)
，周末多点，不过撑死了也就是翻一番，因为绝大多数赌场都开不出这样stake的桌子
来。
就这么大的池塘，究竟能养活多少2/5爬上来的？(假设它们真是这样)即使再退一步，
把一些地下赌场都算上，也大不了多少。
所以，俺还是相信，1/2NL $15/hr，2/5NL $35/hr这样的江湖传说，其实还是很靠谱的。

Table selection is #1 key for winning by my experience. I was able to make $
1k/session average with 20/40 TAJ earlier, the tables were full of rich guys
happy to pay $160 with underpairs and you got 4 callers to pay your nut
hand for pot odds.
Suffered a back2back loss in Borgata, the game is substantively tougher.

我个人觉得这没必要。 别人都muck 乐。 一般该我开牌，我都会自觉开牌，如果别人
先muck, 我就算了。 不必在牌桌上做asshole. 其实一般想想也可以猜到对手下注后被
叫，却先muck会是啥牌。 再说他没看到我们牌就muck 本身就是负EV.

stronger than drawing one to 2357 but a 3-suit badugi. Not even close when

my poker buddy used to play lot of mixed game, including lot of draw game,
like triple draw, badugi etc. He offers me to teach me , but I just do not
have the interest and energy to learn.
If you choose to play mixed game nowdays, you have to learn stud, both hi
and hi-low. The game is too tough for me to learn and seems not have
enough incentive with not much money to be made.

make badugi after 3 draws. How sure how much in 5-card baduci (to make
badugi). 27Triple-draw itself is tricky. Combination/baduci surely is more
complicate animal. |

1) bigger, lol, you have more room for legs and chairs;
2) very close to food court;
3) more games are available now, sometimes it has over 50 tables (new and
old rooms combined), they even run 10/20NL now. it easily beats all poker
rooms on the east coast except a few like foxwood or borgata.
4) short wait. first i was shocked to know there're 63 ppl in front of me (
with more tables, this didn't sound right). but then i got seated (without
stealing, hehe) in 20 mins.

friend from far away, teacher tan, parx runs 15/30, not easy to find outside
AC on the east coast.
philly is not bad either, given that i need to come home on fri., i
selfishly want a shorter ride.
you guys can play on for the whole weekend anyway, all casinos cracked! DE
park -> harrahs philly -> sands -> parx -> borgata, ... man, you name it.
of course, i will be playing somewhere in the caribbean too, lol, but i

we won't get to whatever hotel we're going to until ~7:30 at the earliest,
maybe 8.
Parx seems more famous than Harrahs so I guess we do slightly lean towards
going there. We'll be there all weekend for anyone that wants to hang out.
If no one wants to hang out after Friday we'll either make a trip to
Borgata, or maybe just hang around Philly, or hang out at Parx/Harrahs
whichever we like more.

如果刚学会玩，还处在熟悉规则的阶段的话，建议你玩2/4 limit，也就是最小的桌子
，这样＄100不是太背的话，玩几个小时应该是可以的。
2/4L这样的桌子很少，一般要大一些的赌场，比如borgata, taj mahal这样的才有。 |

bad beat i heard in which:
1) you hit big, quad 9s;

....

to regret.

就去建筑工地拍照，汇报工程进展，大批WV的常客都在讨论转移阵地，废话，鸟不拉屎
的乡下跑马场地方和全新的52张桌子，地理位置极佳，交通方便，比邻大型购物，娱乐
中心的赌场，怎么比哟？连泥码comps都不给，还6+1的rake，真的可以休息了。
回首哥那些傻逼呵呵打牌的岁月，感慨万千。阳光明媚的日子里，飞车直奔大西洋城，
三个小时的漫长道路，八十迈，可心飞得比车还快。夜不能寐的啃牌，磨豆子，大pots
小pots，taj mahal, Borgata, showboat, harrahs, ballys，最后蹲点caesars，熟悉
到每个凯撒的dealer都认识俺，lucky hits，f**king rivers，数钱手抽筋有过，落寞
归家也常路漫漫。
后来是特拉华delaware park，距离缩短了一半，可赌性也缩小了一半，跑马场的夜晚
空空荡荡，繁星点点，打的似乎不再是牌，而是偷得浮生半日闲的自在，烟圈吐过处，
