point.
In your case, if you borrow more than 200K, you should choose 4.25%. If you

borrower，谁是co-borrower，credit score都会取低的那个人的中间分。看起来区别
不大，不过，work history蛮重要的要，如果是我，我会选work history长的那个做
borrower。至于underwriter是否承认work history短的那方的income，就只能赌一把

It seems that you are trying to borrow money from your 401(k), then use that
money to pay off your mortgage, which probably is not a good idea.
On the surface, yeah, after you pay off your mortgage, you don’t have to

For short sale, sometime you may have to pay borrowing cost when the shares
are very hard to borrow since IB have to borrow from other companies and
