三期）。
据说治愈的几率非常低，但是她还是想问问美国这边有没有什么更好的治疗方法。
（1） 目前他的用药是 注射用硼替佐米（Bortezomib for Injection）
中文名称:来那度胺
中文别名：雷利度胺
是1.3乘以身体的面积，最后是2.5毫克每次，第1、4、8、11天使用，这样为一个疗程
另外老的方法还有MPT、TD、TAD、PAD等方案，都是老方案
万珂TM(Velcade)，现在皮下注射疗效和静脉注射疗效差别大不，据说皮下注射的疗效
也还好，但是比静脉注射对神经的影响较小
万珂TM(Velcade)，其实是神经毒药，用者会产生神经炎，神经痛，那么国外在治疗这
个副作用的过程中有没有什么更好的方法，很多用户不是万珂打不起，而最后是痛死，
不肯打了
另外，这个病最怕的是肾脏，那么在保护肾脏的时候，国外有什么更加先进的方法吗
（2）她现在听说有种新的治疗办法：用热疗法来对抗癌细胞
据说是热疗完了以后，马上注入树突细胞，树突细胞是寻找定位癌细胞的，树突细胞本

发帖数: 85 | 5 爸爸69岁，被诊断出患有多发性骨髓瘤。现在是high risk smoldering myeloma,
因为骨头还没有受损伤。但是不幸的是细胞遗传学的结果不好，13和17号染色体都有变
异。骨髓穿刺也发现浆细胞比例有40%。其他验血验尿的结果都不太好。
现在进行化疗刚刚一个月，用的药是lenolidomide和Dexamethasone。但是医生担心治
疗效果不会太好，因为染色体的问题。所以以后非常可能会用到例如Bortezomib之类的
更厉害的化疗的药。
但是现在爸爸就已经有了很严重的副作用。他不想再把化疗进行下去了。我们也不知道
该怎么办。我看到在 MD Anderson 好像还有一个免疫疗法，不知道这种方法可行吗？
难道真的只有化疗吗？爸爸现在已经非常痛苦，我简直不敢想象以后的日子怎么过。 |

Dr. Xu was a student/postdoc in David Scheinberg's lab at Cornell/Sloan
Kettering, but I don't think he ever got a faculty position there. Dr.Xu might have made some contribution to the CD33 projects, his main work was about the regulation of CD13/aminopeptidase N.
