1. Basic Movement
2. Whisks
3. Samba Walks
4. Rhythm Bounce
5. Volta Movements
6. Traveling Bota Fogos
7. Criss Cross Bota Fogos (Shadow Bota Fogos)
请问做完Criss Cross Bota Fogos之后接什么动作比较好？原先一直是接的Criss cross
volta ＋ volta。但是criss cross volta是bronze级别动作，如果参加pre bronze的比
赛，恐怕不能用。请大家指点。
还有这个单子中的6，travelling bota fogos，是个什么动作？一直不是很明白的说。。

during criss cross bota fogo the two dancers' bota fogos are symmetric
they are side by side, with connection though
after each bota fogo, they switch place, by which i mean
if the girl did the boat fogo staring with left foot, during which she's
on the right hand side of the man (after the first step)

after criss cross bota fogo
usually the two people are too far away and opened too much
for stationary stuff.
but criss cross volta can adjust the postion so that the
two can be parallel and face each other.
you have the same feeling about criss cross bota fogo, right?

i totally agree. and i think with the constrain of pre-bronze
the only solution is to over turn the last bota fogo
so that the two people face each |

照片，所以一直没敢申请的说。不过可能就快有照片了，呵呵。到时侯，俺肯定要来报道
的。
再回到那个问题上来，我问的是pre bronze套路，不是bronze，呵呵。怎么接criss
cross bota fogo呢？好像pre bronze里头其他的动作没个合适的，可我也不能作上
criss cross bota fogo就作个没完，总得换点花样啊。郁闷。。。。。。 |

called travelling bota fogo forward/backward. for the one in shadow position,
usually man will do a foot change, then man and lady face the same direction,
dance towards the same direction, and do the same figures with the same foot.
after shadow position, u need to have another foot change to go back to the
normal position. |

发帖数: 4801 | 14 教完了几位女士。继续去请music跳chacha.好不容易来有机会和
music这样的女高手跳舞，哪里就肯放过一个机会捏？music给我
的感觉是动作非常娴熟，不论是fan, Alemana,Hockey stick，
还是natural top，都是非常的娴熟，实际上已经有些油皮了，
哈哈。比如该sharp的地方一带而过，从动作看是游刃有余的。
也许就是不想认真的show off，哈哈。只有我这么的初学者，才
肯把每个动作争取做到百分百好。我比较得意的是做new yorker
时，胳膊终于基本上可以比较游刃有余。看来是需要练习，才能
变笨拙为精巧。
接着跳samba,可惜，曲子太快了，哈哈。跳whisk还好，到
shadow bota volks，都只能跑起来了。而到了reverse turn，
基本很难认真完成，只能一带而过。其实我喜欢的samba音乐应
该是速度中等，节奏强烈，这样会有时间把每个动作尽可能完成
的高质量，并且体现每个细节，比如volta的中的停顿。略有遗
憾。
继续来跳华尔兹，继续来感受它的优美。在人群中穿梭可以毫不
费力，旋转而重心没有变化，这种感觉之后才是体验 |

发帖数: 4801 | 15 1.whisk一定要1-a2这样的timing,必须stretch 1.
2. samba walk,要留身体在前面，通过伸展后边的腿来实现滑步。身体重心不能落在
后边的腿。
3. lead的sameba walk中的side step必须清晰，要有略略把舞伴推开的动作。
4. shadow bota volgo，走向必须diagonal，这样也避免seperate too much，
另外走的时候要square hip，然后来转胯，腿线要直。
5. vota比较难，也比较难说清楚，要实现胯部的contraction,当然也容易fake :( |

steps precede or follow the current step, is not ready yet. pity!

以前我在american style里学的一个routine是我们bronze routine的前半段：
whisks, spot turn, samba walk, criss cross bota fogos, voltas, then whisks
again from the begining,

in promenade positions) to adjust the relative position after the criss cross
bota fogos. well, i may be wrong, but this is the best solution i've found so

前者在bronze level，后者在pre－bronze level
orion要去pre－bronze
所以不能跳criss cross volta
而大家熟悉的套路是
criss cross bota fogo ＋ criss cross volta ＋ volta
现在要把中间那个criss cross volta去掉，或者直接跳volta
或者接两个人面对面的stationary samba walk
前者我觉得做不出来，所以请葱版主示范一下咯
后者我觉得还可行，虽然不知道跳出来会不会很丑 |

e-bronze samba thing. most of the time, newcomers do bronze routines, an
d that is the truth. however, some organizers are genetically anal reten
tive and make you do whisks for a minute and a half, which i certain don
't like.
second of all, i guess you can just do 8 plain voltas after criss cross
after the criss cross bota fogos.

没看上半场比赛，不知道埃尔南蕾丝踢得如何，就从下半场来看，还算可以，但是没有
很兴奋的样子。 bota到是蛮不错的，跑动积极，还可以拿拿球，很少失误，射门欲望
比较强烈，比米利托要好不少，不知道为啥不首发。 乔纳森是真不行了，应该让都灵
队长打个首发玩玩 |
