厕所
在加拿大厕所大多叫washroom,在美国一般都叫rest room或bath room（男女厕均可）
或分别叫做 men‘s room 或 ladies‘ room（=powder room），不过在飞机上，则叫
lavatory，在军中又叫 latrine。至于 W.C.（water closet）仍是过去英国人用的，
在美国，根本没有人使用。
解小便
最普通的说法是 to urinate（名词是 urination），如果去看病，护士为了化验小便

因为按照他"complete garbage"的all out blitz口气来看，如果我是他，我会进攻（否

syndrome),医生开得药也不怎么管用。 自从开始减肥以来， 胃疼和IBS 的症状好了很
多，原因可能是， 其一运动，有一个最近的Study说运动可以对IBS有所帮助，其二，
控制饮食，我可以明显感觉到，哪顿吃的多一点肠胃就很不舒服。没有刻意节食，吃饭
7分饱，饿了随时吃水果和巧克力。还有多次蔬菜少吃面（增加了纤维素？） |
