发帖数: 4110 | 5 和你类似情况的一般在Westwood，Sharon，Mansfield， Foxboro，North Attleboro一
带买房子。Westwood, Sharon和Mansfield有火车，连接Boston和Providence，所以除
了开车，两个方向坐火车通勤的也有，比如从Westwood，Sharon，Mansfield坐火车到
Cambridge（火车转红线via South Station）。Boston-Providence/Stoughton Line在
Providence的火车站在State House南，到Brown Unviersity中心差不多半个mile左右
，但是有一段的爬坡路，也可以转BUS。也有在495一带Franklin，甚至Hopkinton买房
。比较极端的我知道一个从Boxborough往Providence通勤的，spouse往Waltham开。这
些镇子各有特点，价位也不同，有相当的选择余地。

便宜一点，和Acton Share 学校，但是中国人少。附近有几个很小的中国超市，大一点
的是在Burlington 的 H-Mart，离Acton 大约半个小时。离Lexington 更近。离的近的
还有一个好Town Westford，现在的学校很好，将来不知道。$500-700 K 可以买到不错
的。但是建议看看，等等，别急
着下手。在麻州还有个城市叫 Danvers, 很容易混淆。离Devens 一个小时。
Acton 的 2500 - 3500 呎 10-20 年的Single Family 的房子，状况 还不错的 $650-
850 K Range。这几年还不错的房子也是要靠快下手抢的，但是没那么恐怖。
Acton 应该是比较合理的选择，中国人多，活动多，离Devens 10-15 Mile, 没什么
Traffic 的时候可能开车20-25 分钟，Acton 里边上班下班时有一点堵车。Acton 西北
部开车去Devens 会快一点。我家在附近。

good school district if you want to stay there. There is a Chinese school
in Acton, some adult classes if your parents are interested. |

Sorry can't type Chinese with the app.
I was told hudson is very rural. Definitely need to consider somewhere that
both my parents and I like and not too far away from the work place.
I don't know how long I will stay working for intel though. Probably need to
take other semiconductor companies location into consideration as well.
No need to think about school district for now. My budget is limited. $600k

据美国《侨报》报道，素有“小诺贝尔”美称的“英特尔科学人才探索奖”(Intel
Science Talent Search)25日公布2012年决赛者名单。全美共有40人入围，华裔学生
占15名。纽约州再次夺得人数第一，共有10人打进决赛，包括3名华裔女生。
